Gainz Bakery Cafe & Prepared Meals

I used to eat here a lot after the gym and used to love it. I just stopped by today and pick up some food and dessert and am unfortunately pretty disappointed. I feel like the quality of the food is not the same as it used to be. Two sandwiches, a protein drink, a cupcake and cheesecake came out to over $60. I thought that was higher priced but I guess it’s okay since I’m supporting local. The food overall tasted fine until I started eating the cheesecake. I didn’t find just a piece, but a few pieces of eggshell in my cheesecake. As someone who bakes for fun I understand that sometimes it happens but these were considerably large pieces. Well… these donuts just changed my life!

I genuinely feel like a better man after enjoying these delectable treats. The foodgasm in my mouth was incomparable to any other pastry experience. Viagra will surely go out of business, if these go national cause these donuts go HARD & get you hard 💪🏽

Many delicious keto food options, love this place. I come here anytime I am in town. The Cali BLT Burger was one of my favorite things, the chicken burger patty is really impressive.

Love this place! Procrastinated on getting my daughter’s birthday cake, and at the last minute called everywhere, and was told too late. Gainz helped me out in a pinch. Cakes were beautiful and delicious. Everyone loved them. Thanks so much for making me a hero!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this place is! The food and cupcakes are outta this world! Did I mention everything is gluten-free?! Clean eating doesn’t have to challenging when dining out... and the customer service is spectacular!

I’d like to revise my previous review. I did not know vegan cupcakes are more of an ordered item than fully stocked. They were so sweet and reached out to me to let me know ❤️❤️

Everyone seems nice enough. They acknowledged our presence 🤷🏽‍♀️. SUPER tiny, not a good place for a gathering. Now the baked goods... We tried 3 different things. All looked better than it tasted. Nothing extra special about either of the cupcakes. Icing was well balance of flavor and sweet; filling had a nice flavor but the texture was less than appetizing & for me, texture can doom any food.
Now the DAIRY-FREE cinnamon roll: icing lacked flavor, texture was that of a thin film of drying slime. The bread part, at least minimally tasted of cinnamon. However, the texture was gag-worthy. It was soggy. I examined it and couldn't determine it it was undercooked or had too much of a liquid ingredient. I couldn't even finish the baby-sized, $5 pastry. I was pleased with the density of the bead and that neither bread nor icing was overly sweet, as you find with many cinnamon rolls.

There pastries are to die for and I'm a diabetic and when I eat their food my sugar levels are always under 100,after testing 2hrs after eating.
If you want to eat healthy and even though it looks like to many carbs and sugar, you're wrong it's the best in town.
