Gainz Bakery Cafe & Prepared Meals

This cafe type place is really clean, the staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. We had some of their keto cookies and muffins and the cookies were out of this world amazing. They were fresh preparing some of their breakfast meals while we were talking to the lady behind the counter (she was super friendly) and the meals looks delicious and smell amazing. They opened another location recently so I will have to investigate that soon. This establishment has dairy free, gluten free and keto food options. Definately a must visit and come hungry

I absolutely love this place. Ross and Elaina really knows what they are doing. I can`t think of a better place. They also close on time and I really appreciate that. It gives them time to do other things and recover from all vegans. They love some vegans.

Absolutely delicious goodies. We bought them for a good friend who is a diabetic & he loved them. Also loved the fact that we bought some for ourselves too. He was indeed very impressed. Love the bakery & delighted there is one in town.

Customer service and quality is amazeballs! The food is getting better and better so if you haven't been in a while it's worth another visit. I have minimum time to workout and Gainz manages to keep me looking fit and healthy by basically eating delicious convenient satisfying meals ! Not to mention I cut back on wasted groceries and save money by eating out less. Can't say enough.

Really cool concept!! Well, not a 'concept', it’s for real! In a town that LOVES it's baked goods, they take it a step further by alleviating wheat flour & sugar (and other stuff); giving you the same quality with alternative, higher protein, healthier ingredients. Really nice owners! Very health conscious and knowledgeable on diet requirements…oh, and the coffee is GREAT!

I absolutely love Gainz. Nearly 90% of my weekly meals come from here and they never disappoint. The menu is constantly changing. I'm so grateful to Ross and Elaina for making eating healthy so simple and delicious!

These guys are awesome; from keto treats to designed meal prep bowls, etc., this place makes the component of eating properly while sticking to a healthy lifestyle so much simpler.

Went to Gainz during the 1st week I started Keto. I came across their Instagram page (which y'all should definitely check out) and I thought I'd swing by. My goodness I was not disappointed one bit. I had the chicken teriyaki minus the rice and it was so delicious and fulfilling. And also had a strawberry shortcake and bought one to go. Chatted with the owner and loved her personality instantly. I'm in Austin but that drive is worth it!!! ❤😋❤

My goodness is this place delicious. I've have my fair share of keto-friendly foods and treats but this place knocked it out of the park with everything I ordered! Even my kids who couldn't care less how they eat at this point in their lives, are their cupcakes and cookies like they were made from sugar. Gainz Bakery had seriously perfected the keto treat by not making them taste keto-y. I cannot wait to go back!
