Great place for breakfast on the island. The food was delicious and made fresh. The chicken is cooked perfectly and the potatoes are delicious! If you go try one of the bakery items the cinnamon roll is pretty tasty and warmed up it’s delicious. The bacon wasn’t all that great I’d suggest getting a different side. We had a very attentive waitress. The wait wasn’t too long, pretty reasonable considering how packed it is. We had a table of 7 and they included the gratuity on the check which was 18% gratuity. We sat outside in the patio with our dog, such a plus when I can bring my dog with me to a restaurant.

Atmosphere: This is a very busy and LOUD restaurant. Not that they play music with high volume but people chatting over each other makes it sound like a bar.

Staff/Service: The greeter was pleasant and communicated with us consistently while waiting on a table. The server however didn't seem eager to serve and was either annoyed or stressed out.

Food: The food wasn't that tasty expect the omelet with brisket which had some flavor to it. The rest was pretty plain and the cappuccino had cinnamon which killed the taste of the coffee. The waffle was cold and tasted more like cardboard. The utensils were missing the spoon so we had to stir the coffee with the fork. We had to ask for water twice before we finally got it at end of our visit. The fried chicken is not recommended.

Business Opportunity: Glad to have tried this place based on other reviews and took the time to see for myself. I am definitely not coming back.

Absolutely charming place with some very usual choices for breakfast and the prettiest coffee mugs.
There were 3 of us and we ordered coffee, a toasted blueberry muffin, a side of bacon and the breakfasts.

Bread pudding French toast - man I could eat this everyday if I was still 20 years old. If you love either dish this is a must.

The pancakes were the next dish covered in berries -

Last was the corned beef hash, real corned beef, whole potato and 2 poached eggs.

I can't wait to take my husband here.

I ate breakfast here twice during my visit. It was awesome. Get there early, there could a line waiting to get in, but it is worth the wait. Inside is well spaced between tables, very open and welcoming feeling. Staff is over the top friendly and inviting. Menu is easily read and well laid out. We had the traditional Eggs Benedict and Greek Yogurt with Berries and Granola. Perfection is the best way to describe the food. From presentation to finish it was wonderful. Can't wait to come back!

Came in because I've heard a lot of good things about this place, and they were right!
Really nice and cozy cafe, with great service and great food.
Got a simple breakfast of eggs, bacon, and potatoes, and another one with an omelette, orange juice and coffee.
Everything was great! The eggs cooked like we liked them, crispy bacon, and the potatoes were really good. Seasoned perfectly. The coffee was good and came in a large mug, like morning coffee should.
The portions are generous and that breakfast kept us going for a long time.
Definitely come here before or after a cruise, or just because you want a good breakfast.

Absolutely delicious food. Excellent service and wonderful local charm. Brunch classics (eggs Benedict, steak and eggs, pancakes) and great mimosas (strawberry lemonade $25 per carafe). The wait is incredibly quick even when busy and food comes out very fast.

Make sure you check this place out while I’m Galveston!!! Thanks to Evelin for great service!!

What can I say about this little gem? It was a great find, that's for sure. Great customer service, the food was delicious. The bakery had lots to choose from and fresh. We enjoyed the food so much we went back for seconds. If you're ever in Galveston and want to enjoy a nice meal, this is a great spot for coffee or tea and some sweets from the bakery. They even have granola to go. We bought 2 containers to take with us.

Absolutely wonderful. Best homemade biscuits I've ever had. Beautifully decorated. The service was impeccable. Every dish we had was outstanding. Spinach omelet and potatoes where out of this world. Every single thing was great. Pancakes arre mouth watering.

A really terrific choice for breakfast in Galveston; you’ll want to go here multiple times during your stay. And get the grilled cinnamon roll to start. The staff were very friendly and attentive; we felt they were happy we were there. But we weren’t alone as there was a constant stream of traffic mid-day on a Wednesday. The chicken and biscuits with sausage gravy were delicious. My over-medium eggs were actually cooked over-medium, unlike most places where they’re usually either over-dead-and-dry or over-liquid-explosion. Cappuccinos and coffees were good and generous.

Perfect find while in Galveston. Stopped in here to eat some Breakfast and LOVED it!!! Service was top notch and the food was Awesome. Get there early or you will be waiting outside Hungry 😂 or you can grab and go from the treats in the Bakery. Outside patio seating is nice and dog friendly. Enjoy!
