MOD Coffeehouse

I haven’t been here since 2015 yet it still has kept its charm. This is a great place to study so don’t be surprised when you see a lot of college students here. I had my go-to iced grasshopper latte, which is a green mint+ mocha flavored latte. I can thankfully say it still taste the same as it did 7 years ago. As for parking, you may have to settle for street parking which was about $2/hr with the parking app. All in all, I would highly recommend this coffee shop if you’re in the area.

A great place to have coffee in Galveston! The Cafe Au Lait was great and the Lavender Latte w/oak milk was tasty. They have a good menu of pastries. The indoor and outdoor space is awesome and the vibe is chill🤙

This is great coffeehouse that’s open from early morning to evening. We visited multiple times while staying at a nearby loft. They have great baked goods and deserts. I highly recommend you try the Survivor Bars!

Perfect place to stop for a hot coffee after walking around The Strand all afternoon! Barista was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the Squirrel Latte and my sister ordered the Caramel Dream. Both hot lattes were smooth and delicious and not overly sweet. Coffee art was delightfully executed and appreciated.

Service was fast, and friendly. The store is clean and has a nice vibe to it. The Squirrel and the French Vanilla are the best! Their baked goods are amazing. My favorite coffee place in Galveston.

Little comer spot with a great outdoor seating area. Menu is small and solid. Fresh made breakfast choices daily. Servers were quick and friendly.

Mod Coffeehouse is a beautiful, eclectic spot in Galveston. We enjoyed a sunny morning coffee under the gorgeous, foliage-covered pergola as residents and tourists passed. There is a great selection of coffee, tea and some sodas. Loved both iced coffee and a London Fog on the following visit. Clean restroom!

Great cafe to come chill or work. The WiFi is fast, there are ample tables or couches to accommodate a group. The service was fast and the bottomless tea is a great idea.

MOD is a lovely spot, everything a coffee shop should be and the outside area is as relaxing as any could be. We got the typical smoothies, house blend, espresso and the pasties…it was all pretty good, the house blend was average. The espresso was very unique in flavor! I liked it.
The whole coffee experience at MOD was very positive and I would recommend it.

Very nice looking place and the coffee we ordered (Lattes with Oat milk) was pretty good. They also had plenty of space with an overflow room attached to the main coffee House. Definitely a great alternative to a nice local place instead of the big chains.
