Einstein Bros. Bagels

If I can give this establishment a zero I would. Customer service is horrible. The manager or old lady that is always there doesn’t fix problems, she just stands there with a blank stare on her face . She tries to be friends with younger employees so they are walking all over her , there was one kid there on his day off hanging out behind the counter . Unfortunately I go because it’s the closest one to my place ! Seriously the staff needs a complete overhaul and training in managing a business and customer service

I’m a hardworking lady…I get up every morning at 4am so I can get to work by 6:30am. They are suppose to open at 5:30 AM!!!! I get there EVERY morning at 5:29AM…They NEVER open on TIME….which is super inconvenient for me because I drive 38 mins to work. It’s always an EXCUSE why they can’t be open on time. I give this place a negative star. They need new management & professional workers!!!!!!

I like their variety of bagels, and they are always nice and fast.

Its so sad to see what used to be an awesome place in its current condition. It's more than just dirty, it's rundown and doesn't offer the great quality of food it used too. I guess Covid has been hard on the food service businesses but that was beyond a rough patch.

I ordered a Lox and Bagel, and almost no Lox and the tomato was hard and not ready to eat.

Delicious French Toast bagel for me with coffee this morning and equally good Spinach bagel to take home for lunch. Sorry no photos. They are gone!

Wow, forgot how good fresh bagels can be. One last carb fest before I started my keto diet. I had the green chile bagel. It was cheesy and not too spicey. The store was clean and ready for customers. My daughter and I were the only customers in the store, about 8:45 on a Saturday morning, by 9:00 there was a line and no where to sit. Go early or you might not get what you want.

i order 4 dozen bagels every Sunday. I call to order, then pick up. This week the location had a problem with the phone lines. so i could not get through and order. went to the store and noticed it was busy and 10 people in front of me. The employee noticed me and knew my order. by the time I reached check out my order was ready. I truly appreciate the extra effort and great customer service.. Great Job Guys!!!

Excellent customer service. Good bagels and food. Clean place definitely recommend

My husband and I loved this place but now there are managers putting down employees in front of customers. And people just walking in the back with jeans and sandals. We weren't sure if they were the owners or just customers that new the GM or other managers. It was a bad experience. We will not return. We will get our bagels from the bagel shop by Utep.
