Deluxe bagel rocks !!! Great coffee. Nice place to work too !!! Take your laptop !! Nice climate. Fresh !!! Should open til 8pm. They close at 3pm. :(

On two separate visits, I mentioned the lack of changing tables in the restrooms to the staff at the counter. Both times, I was given a response of "well, the owner is aware of this but it isn't required by law so he's not going to do it."

When I wrote to the Corporate office, all I received was a "stock" reply and a coupon for free food. Thanks but no thanks.

Additionally, there are other subtle signs that children are unwelcome. The children's area is filthy - not just "we haven't washed it today" messy, "we haven't cleaned it ever" filthy. The carpet in that corner is wretched.

The outlet in that children's area is uncovered. That seems awfully negligent.

The high chairs were all filthy, as if they had never been cleaned either.

Finally, the staff seem to go out of their way to make it uncomfortable for parents with young children. They look like it's a tremendous burden on them to have children in the store. They refuse to help when it's clear that you could use a hand.

It's difficult to understand why this particular location is so anti-children, when I have had such great experiences with this chain in other locations (other states). I heartily advise you to avoid this one.

Great bagel's anytime of the day

Love this place I am hooked been going there for close to 2 months straight every Sunday with my family. It is delicious Farmhouse bagel very delicious. Would highly recommend have been mentioning to my co workers about the place. Staff is very nice and fast at work they get your order out efficiently and quick.

Cinnamon Apple Bagels with cream cheese! Yes please! Coffee was good too. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Great way to start the day.

Walked into this Locale today to get a sandwich they only had a variety of three different Bagels to choose from everything else was gone and empty, and that is not an exaggeration! the location was horrendously dirty, 8 tables still have food and trash on them left unclean for the 25 minutes we were there, the floor was also super dirty. Seriously, this places job is just to make bagels, food was ehhh, nothing to write home about.. I love EBs but this location is the worst I've seen in the state May 8, 1:58pm

For El Paso, great bagel place. The bagel combo is very worth it. $18 dollars for Baker's doze and 2 spreads well worth it. Only issue is that there is no drive-thru small inconvenience despite that they are very quick at giving your order.

Cashier seemed very rude and tired looked like she didn’t enjoy her job the food was delicious but her service wasn’t the best

As much as I enjoy the food here, the customer service is terrible! Seriously. It's just the cashiers from what I've noticed. I've dealt with two separate ones, but really that's who you're gonna deal with. Be prepared with what you're gonna order & just go. Don't bother asking questions, the cashiers are no help.
