Einstein Bros. Bagels

Favorite place to eat breakfast in El Paso. The Farmhouse sandwich is my favorite. Located in a convenient area on the west side.

Never been here before. Yesterday was the first time. The young lady at the counter was rude. Didn’t greet us just asked what we’d like. No smile, no thank you. She even had the audacity to correct my mother when she ordered her chai latte. The entire restaurant was filthy and the trash can was overfilled. The bagels were good but, I would have liked if they would have been been more toasted and the cream cheese was on the side. First time and my last time here.

I call this place Bagel Bros. It's my happy place. I arrived shortly before 7 am this morning and got a pay and go box for my coworkers and two sandwiches. Both sandwiches were delicious, hot and well worth every penny.

The place is super dirty. All the tables needed wiping down. The counter where the tea is located was totally discusting. I watched 2 employees walk over and didn't try to get a rag and wipe anything down. Food is good but super lazy employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I came here at around 2 pm today and had a terrible experience. The lady at the counter with dark brown hair didn’t greet us when we walked in or assist us in any way. This was our first time visiting Einsteins and we had no clue what kind spreads are provided for customers. We asked her and she looked at us like we were stupid and pointed at the tiny sign on the counter. After we ordered the young lady disappeared the young man preparing our order was just as rude as her. He gave us our bagels and walked into the back. we ordered three bagels and were provided with 1 spread. We stood there for a good ten minutes trying to get someone to come to the front to help us. We repeatedly said excuse me can you help us and no one came. In the back you could hear them playing some kind of unwelcoming rap music. When the young lady finally came to the front she was wearing gloves like she was cleaning the bathroom or something. She was also wearing earbuds which is probably why she couldn’t hear us calling for assistance. She took the gloves she was wearing off., didn’t even wash her hands and made us more spreads for our bagels . Very bad experience especially for a first visit . Disappointing since the food is so good , we won’t be returning to this location again.

Love the sandwiches from here and the cold brew 10/10 recommend 👍

Apparently this Einstein Bros location likes to close a little bit before 2:50PM, and leave their open sign on. 0 stars for service.

Love the bagels the place seams a little wear off and on a Saturday one of their busiest days at 12;00 there were almost empty of inventory

Went this morning at 0530 and doors were still locked. I called at 0539 and asked what time they open the store. The lady that answered the phone stated the store open at 530, I notified her that I was at the door and it was locked. A girl in pajamas unlocked the door and returns to her table where she was doing homework. I proceed to place my order of a dozen assorted bagels. Going by the labels on the baskets, I asked for two of each basket for a total of 10 bagels. The young man proceed to argue with me, telling me I had 12 bagels already. Well, the labels were not correct, one basket had two different kind of bagels which I couldn't tell by glancing at them. I told him that's fine, I will take them and that started another episode. He started to argue that they come in packs of 18 (on the app you can order by the dozen,) I informed him that I only wanted a dozen. I am pressed for time and I asked him several times just to charge me for what I asked for. I pleaded with the other employees to help, she just looked at me and said nothing. I finally instructed him to charge per bagel and after repeating myself a few times he complied. then I asked him of the two smears that comes with the dozen. The employee started to say that none came with it, I cut him off and told him to charge me for two. He gives me one in original container and the other in a different container that does not look equal in quantity as the original container. I begin to ask him and he begins saying something in unprofessional tone. I walked out.
This is the second time that I drop by and the store doors are not unlocked at 0530. Maybe they should change the hours. Maybe there has also been a change in dealing with customers, but if I want a dozen and willing to pay per item....charge me. Lastly, no receipt given.

Love their Turkey Bacon Avocado Bagle. Friendly staff as well.
