Einstein Bros. Bagels

Updated: 5 to 1 stars. Sandra or Brenda who knows what her name was, may have been the worst cashier I have dealt with in my life. I will post a photo of their counter which displays the lack of food options. Some of the baskets have bagels but when asked for 2 of them, we were told they are actually for another order and are technically out. I understand if it's the weekend or around 11am but it was early and they were out of all kinds of stuff and the coffees were empty.

Probably the nicest Einstein's Bagels I've been to. Great bagels and decent coffee. Too bad they don't provide Raw Sugar. The only other negatives are no patio and no drive thru. Coffee and bagels need both to thrive. I hope they're able to keep this one open without those 2 (or almost 3) crucial elements.

This location is great the staff was very professional and our was done quickly and was delicious. The bagels are super fresh and taste delicious. Highly recommend this Einstein Bros. Location

Literally have screwed up my order all 5 times I've been here. They got it right ONE TIME. They don't answer the phone. It's poor service that is expected in El Paso.

How hard is it!!

A turkey and Swiss on an asiago bagel with veggie smear, lettuce, tomato, onions. No mustard, no mayo. Potato salad as the side.

This isn't brain surgery! Come on people!!

I explained to the cashier it was our first time that if he had any suggestions and he didn't even reply with a No.. He just stared at me. The food is good but the staff doesnt greet you and not feeling welcomed

So just this morning I went this Einstein Bagels. I was there for two avocado bacon and egg sandwiches, two plain bagels and two croissants. I was very clear with my order, I even asked that there be no tomato on the sandwich. So I was handed my order and drove home. End result is but sandwiches had tomato. NEITHER had avocado on them. One star for ruining my wife and my breakfast.

This place is going down little by little. No point on ordering "to go" on the phone. You still have to come in and get in line. By the time you get your order it is already cold. The supervisor lacks customer service skills and the employees have an attitude. Bad reputation growing up on this place.

Place is clean and roomy. But the female working this morning, needs to work at an office or factory. she has no business in customer service. 1st and last time I get my coffee here.

Good product. Good service. Wish they didn't close so early.
