Einstein Bros. Bagels

Sadly were out of several types of bagels during a morning rush and coffee was a bit too hot but...
Good service and the food was good!

Terrible customer service I was thrown aback at my experience, I will not be returning .

The bagels are delicious but it doesn’t make up for the poor customer service. The customer service doesn’t lack because they are short staffed. The staff members don’t even acknowledge you when you are trying to pick up your order. Even though I asked 3 times for the status of my order the associate just looked at me and said no. Come to find out my order had been sitting at the counter for 10 minutes while 3 patrons rummaged through it. After I demanded my order they realized it had been an order that had just been sitting there and handed it to me. I couldn’t believe it. When I said “really” all the associate did was shrug his shoulders and walked away. I just left. I will NEVER come back. They are beyond rude here. I just wanted what I paid for. During COVID times it is disappointing and disgusting to get food where other patrons had touched!!

Gross .... The restroom is disgusting 🤮🤢 smells like rotten egg and the trash is overflowing with female products on the very top, gagging the whole time. Come out to let them know someone needs to clean restroom it's gross and smells told " yeah we know it smells ". The most disgusting smell ever and it began to smell outside into the restaurant. Not to mention you can't even drink the cold brew coffee it's super sweet to the max🤢. The only thing that was good was the customer service the young man at the register gave.

They were super patient and helpful. They younger guy helping us was very nice. He gave my husband a military discount, with out us asking, because he was in his uniform. Great service, and the bagels are delicious. They had every kind available except one.

Nova Lox and pepperoni bagel. Love salmon, giving this place a try again after many years, hopefully I dont get sick again ✌🏼

This Bagel shop has an appealing aesthetic on both inside and out, and the aroma of the baking bread when you walk in is alluring. The staff are always very kind and friendly, even though they are running around working incredibly hard to fulfill their seemingly unending flow of orders.

The espresso there is actually pretty good, considering they are not a store that focuses on their coffee beverages, but rather their other breakfast foods.

As far as delivering for Door Dash and UberEats is concerned, they do a pretty decent job at having the orders ready, or at least close to ready, by the time the delivery drivers show up.

It hasn't been often that I give a bad review because of bad service when I truly like the food. This is the case today. I love EBB and i have bought my breakfast on this chain all around the west coast.
But today I was mocked because I asked for a hotter coffee...nothing worse than warm coffee. Too bad...i am not coming back here. I don't care to be made fun of, not even for a good bagel

Really disappointed with this location. The restaurant was dirty and the service was slow and unwelcoming. We went on a Friday before 10 AM, and the hot coffee was already empty in the dining room. What we did get was cold and gross. Because they were short staffed, they didn’t make a fresh batch of coffee until we were leaving. The actual bagels and the whole experience left us unsatisfied. We won’t be returning especially for what they’re charging.

Very good bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Not greasy at all. Good coffee as well. No drive through, which is terrible because the wait time is very long for your order.
