I can't say enough good things. The tequila coffee was DELICIOUS, we played chess, ate delicious food, enjoyed the sunny patio, the good music, the wonderful service. Our new favorite spot!!

Best place in El Paso!
Staff is sociable and fun with great service!! Love all the fresh plant based choices with house made ingredients. Large portions. Fabulous cocktails. The U shaped bar made it easy to chat with others. Highly recommended!!
I go every time I’m passing through El Paso!!

Really disappointed. Used to like this place but service and food quality have gone downhill. Out of the last 3 times I've been here, 2 of those times the exact same things happened: 1) There was a hair in the food, literally baked into the empanada, so gross (last time it was in the curry), 2) Server forgot someone's order (last time they gave someone chicken curry when they ordered tofu). 3) Food was not as flavorful as it used to be, beans on nachos were burnt, bread was stale. This time the service was much worse though, not only was there hair in the food and the server forgot an order, but neither of those items were discounted or taken off the check. I worked in the service industry for over a decade and that's as basic as it gets. If you mess up or the kitchen does, you do your best to make it right. My friend's food did not hit the table until after everyone else was done eating. The last time this happened at least the server or manager took the items off the check.

Server also charged the wrong cards for 2/3 of our split checks ($14 check vs $39 check), but worse than that she initially gave me one itemized receipt for $39 dollars, it was missing my drink and the deserts we ordered, so I thought "great, at least they took care of that." But then when she recharged the cards correctly and brought me the receipt to sign, it was for $56 and she did not tell me she was charging me more or provide a new itemized receipt. Another basic thing, you do not charge someone's card for an amount you have not told them or provided them a receipt for! To put things in perspective it was the end of the night and we were the only table this server had. It would be more understandable if it was busy and she was in the weeds.

I really want to support this place but don't think I'll be back any time soon.

Eloise is what I would call a nouveau-French-European spot. Newly relocated into a space once inhabited by a dive-bar, the edges of this restaurant are still fairly rough. The patio/outside dining is a work in progress and offers little curb appeal. Upon entering the establishment there was a noticeable haze inside from the kitchen. While not putrid, it made me concerned that we would leave smelling like the restaurant. The French/European flair is immediately evident and a nice change compared to a majority of small El Paso dining establishments. The lighting was a bit on the darker side and it was difficult to see the others in our party as the sunlight from the front windows caused a harsh backlight. The art work on the walls and overall theme of the restaurant offer a decent attempt a French cafe but with time I hope it all comes together. The closest you could compare is Le Madeline and of course there is no comparison. I certainly hope there is one day!

The menu choices are more vegan and vegetarian friendly than your average El Pasoan may be used to but they're not absurd. The chicken sandwich and their beef patty burgers recommendations for the carnivore in the group. We ordered the vegan nachos nachos, grilled cheese and Akaushi all natural beef patty with their pure cane sugar soda to drink. The portions were generous, we didn't finish the nachos and shared portions of the burgers; the soda tasted like flat cherry cola. Be prepared for approximately $20-$25 per person. We did not purchase any alcohol or coffee. The menu is not kid friendly save for the grilled cheese.

Our waitstaff was pleasant and attentive. I believe a deep knowledge of the menu and a brief explanation of the menu would greatly improve the overall experience unless the ownership wishes to keep their core clientele to a select group. The menu is difficult to decipher for the average person.

I do not believe we will be back, but please do not let this review set a concrete view of Eloise. I see what they are attempting and hope they succeed. El Paso does not need any more taco or pizza joints. Eloise is a step in the right direction. Ownership was able to upgrade to a larger space, let's hope they're able to make the best of it.

The best dining experience in El Paso. The restaurant is hidden, but worth finding this hidden gem. The portions are hefty so the price is actually amazing. The vibe and asthetic is so fun with their eclectic pink and green. Drinks are good, but it’s truly so much more than just a bar with their homemade tasting bread on their burgers, flavorful Hsinchu noodle bowl, and vegan nachos with cute pink cauliflower! Lastly their service 10/10!

In what world do you call these nachos chilaquiles? I ordered the red chilaquiles with chicken and received a plate of wannabe nachos, except there was no cheese on them. There was also a lack of red sauce on them. The beans seasoning made them taste like they were from a can. I left 90% of my food on the plate and when the server came by she just asked if she can take the plate out of the way. Anyone with a pair of eyes and common sense could see I was dissatisfied with the food and would have offered to make things right. My girlfriend had the Menudont, and she should have listened to the plate name... it is a definite DON'T!!! The broth was a watered down red sauce with lack of flavor.

Definitely menuDONT COME HERE!!!

This place was delicious! It’s my new favorite restaurant. Our server David was awesome and recommended the best drink, the blueberry margarita. It was small but had a punch. Dangerous though bc I didn’t even taste the alcohol. The Buffalo bomber is the best I’ve ever had. All the food was homemade and you can tell they take pride. 10/10 definitely coming back.

You can never go wrong with Eloise, been going here with my family for years now. Fun fact this was our first Restaurant with vegan options on our first date! Glad this place is still up and running.
Amazing food all very delicious options.
We started off with the Vegan Nachos and ordered our meals. This place is a Vibe of it's own. Have not had the pleasure of ordering an alcoholic beverage but I'm sure those to are spot on!
The employees of this establishment are absolutely soulfully good hearted. The gentleman with a beard actually remembers us.
If your in the area and are looking to dine in with a great ambiance look no further this place along with it's great cuisine delivers !

This place is sooooo good!
We are a group of vegetarians and have been travelling the US for 3 months. This was within our top 3 meals our entire time here (and we’ve eaten really well). Menu is perfect for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores too. So good we all bought takeout breakfast to have tomorrow. Great playlist, great vibes, super tasty cocktails and particularly amazing service from James who was really helpful, answered all our questions about the menu and chatted to us about El Paso culture etc. This meal and place genuinely felt like it was soothing my soul. Loved every moment ♥️
