Beautiful place to share with friends and family. Coffee, desserts and wine. Just lovely.

Enjoy going here very much. Very peaceful atmosphere. The pumpkin patch is very cute as well. 😊

Nice place with excellent coffee and seating areas. I don't personally care for the "hate" rap. We listened to singers who hate the police, hate their parents, hate their girlfriend's friends, etc. We eventually were able to ignore. If you can as well, it's a great establishment.

Stopped by yesterday for the first time after driving past it a few times. I loved it!! Very comfortable and cute, affordable coffee, the books are one dollar each, and the staff was great and attentive. will definitely go by again.

FAVORITE COFFEE SHOP EVER! The staff is amazing, everyone is so kind and friendly. The cookie butter toast is to die for... I never tried it before I came here. Also, this is a great place to sit in and work because of the many seats + great wifi and outlets. Amazing and beautiful atmosphere-- the location is picturesque.

Great coffee, wine and beer selection. Delicious fresh baked goodies. Great indoor atmosphere including a free library. Great outdoor atmosphere with multiple fire pits, lights, lots of games. Good music always playing. My favorite place to hang out around town!

This place is fantastic, an absolute hidden gem. Lots of outdoor space with tables, fire pits, hammocks, a very tiny stream, a tented area, a quiet book room, internet access, and more. A small food menu consisting of mainly brunch type foods, a large offering for coffee and a select offering of beer(draft and bottled) and wine. It's a very laid back setting and is perfect for an afternoon enjoying nice weather with some friends, food, and a few drinks. The staff was very friendly and even gave us a quick tour of the space. Second Wave is part of the Arc of Midlands a non-profit organization that fights for inclusion and accessibility for those who have intellectual/developmental disabilities so you can feel good knowing your money is helping others while you're catching a buzz (did I mention they also have honey bees that provide them with wild honey?) and enjoying the space provided. The only thing I would say is lacking is their food menu, but honestly it's more of a coffee shop than a bar or restaurant. So if you're looking for entrees, appetizers, and a fully stocked bar maybe skip it for now and come back when you're looking for a personal pizza, a few beers, or a coffee and a nice hammock to relax/read in.

Great place! Perfect if you are a student or worker that is free during the workday. Coffee was delicious.

We stopped in today to get some coffee and it is a really nice place. The coffee was good and got a cookie for the kids. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they also serve beer and wine. The indoor seating area is very nice. There is seating to relax or do some work, there's a children's room and a book room. The outside seating is awesome. There are picnic tables, corn hole boards and seating down by the stream. We will definitely be coming back to relax outside and have a beer while the kids play.

The environment is quaint and quiet. A great place to enjoy a book with some coffee.

4 stars simply because I ordered oat milk for my latte and regular for my husband's. About halfway through drinking ours we realized this had been mixed up. I am severely lactose intolerant and spent a good bit of time afterwards dealing with some lovely tummy discomfort...
