Super friendly, fast and attentive service. Very creative array of seasonal drinks with unique blends. The "Stranger Things" inspired selections were great and I appreciated the witty names. I had chai, which was well done.
Great coffee. Slow service. I go through the drive through, and the minimum wait is 5 minutes if no one is in line. More than 1 person in line guarantees at least a 10-15 minute wait. The longest has been 30 minutes with 3 in line. If you have the time though, the coffee is insanely good.
Have been here twice and I can say that this is the best coffee shop in the Lexington area. The employees that served me were friendly and helpful. She recommended the Toffee Nut Latte and it tasted great. They also have a great selection of option, especially with their seasonal menu and will definitely be back in the near future to try more flavors.
My sister loves this place and I always get gift cards for her to go. The customer service is great and they even adjusted her favorite coffee drinks to be caffeine free during her pregnancy.
Great coffee and great customer service. First time there snd I got a lavender blend iced coffee which was delicious. The young woman at the drive through was super nice and helpful. I’m not from the area but when I’m back in town I’ll be sure to grab a cold brew again! 💕
I do not write bad reviews! Ever! But this is an exception. I have been an occasional customer of Krafty for several years, frequenting the establishment whenever I am in town. The coffee is decent, however always way too sweet for my taste. That's okay because the customer service was always good (the reason for the two stars), and I like to support local businesses. I stopped by this morning for an iced coffee, and I asked for a small cup of whipped cream as a special treat for my dog who had a stressful night due to the July 4th fireworks. I offered to pay for it as well. What I did not ask for was an unkind and extremely degrading lecture about how terrible dairy is for dogs. Yes, dairy is not the best for pups when consumed frequently, but neither is the sugary syrup they put in my coffee this morning, yet they had no problem selling that to me. Please try to be more kind and sensitive.
This coffee is special!! Worth driving out of your way. Starts with perfectly roasted beans, so that even plain cup of coffee is amazing. The seasonal menu is so irresistible, I had the Betty Davis eyes today, loved it!!
BEST coffee in the Lexington area, even if there’s a long wait. Skip the Starbucks, this is right down the road and so much better. Also, if you bring your dog they will give them a treat.

Love the coffee but the wait time is ridiculous. Minimum 30 minute wait. Never had a quick coffee here. They take 10-15mins per coffee
