Canal Coffee Company

I have been going to this coffee location for the past year or so. I highly recommend this coffee location. The weekday morning crew of Taylor and Alyssa has always been extremely great. They are pleasant and knowledgeable on their drinks. If this company thinks of expanding maybe they should look at these two to run the store. I’m that impress with their service. The service is the Only reason why I don’t go to Starbucks which is next to my office building.

Look forward to continuing to ordering at the Canal Coffee. My two recommendation would be for the coffee holders to stay on the cups longer. And to bring back the green tea smoothie…

This is my favorite coffee place! I ordered a Iced Caramel Macchiato and it was the best one I have ever had! I was greeted by your general manager Austin with such professionalism. You guys are the best in the business. We will be back ❤️

Overall this location is great. The customer service here is also very good. They’re very knowledgeable when I ask them about a certain drink. The drinks are also good too. Sometimes a little inconsistent on the iced sweet n salty mocha. I am often just given a regular iced mocha.. and I really miss the beans when they were “human bean”. I’d love for the beans to be brought back! It was my favorite part of getting coffee from there! I also love the drive-thru’s on both sides of the building!

I have been a loyal, nearly daily customer of this location since it was previously the human bean.
The service here has always been 5 stars, and as of lately they have even remembered my drink order, which is custom made and not simple.
I always order a 32oz matcha with almond milk and chai for my husband and i and its always been exceptional quality.

Since the switch to canal coffee co, the service is still 5 stars, "Thank you Kayden!!" i understand the matcha brand has been changed which is to be expected, and it still tastes very good so i am pleased with the matcha choice, however i do have 1 minor complaint with the 30 below "frozen" matcha blend, they aren't able to substitute the dairy milk for almond milk,

since finding this out yesterday apon the grand opening yesterday, today i ordered us an "iced" latte matcha with the almond milk and chai, it was exceptional as always, i do prefer the 30 below "frozen" mixes the most however, so if the milk is able to be substituted for almond with the 30 below that would be very much appreciated.

I don’t know anything about coffee but Kaden was very helpful in helping pick out something to order. The drink was delicious and I can’t wait to come back again.
