Tres Leches Bakery and Cafe

I believe I’ve left them a review already- but alas here I am again. This bakery is the real deal. Their cakes are out of this world- anything with guava immediately gets me. Their shortbread cookies are absolutely amazing, as well as their pastelitos. If you’re smart you will place an order for their empanadas- or get lucky enough for them to be fresh in store when you get there. The women who run this business are extremely kind, and always polite. 10/10 every time!

Really a gem of a bakery! Service was prompt and friendly. We tried the cake pops (I went back inside to tell the person behind the counter that it was the best cake pop I had ever had) which were amazing. Also tried the brownies and Salted caramel cookie which was great! So glad I don't live close by because I'd be getting cake pops daily! Check this place out!

I have tried so many different treats from this place and everything, Mexican and American, has been absolutely delicious. I get so excited every time I pull in the parking lot.

My husband and I decided to give this bakery a shot. My husband ordered a brownie for himself and a slice of chocolate cake for me. These are the driest desserts I’ve had from a bakery. I could have purchased a $5 slice of moist chocolate cake from a supermarket up the road. Not sure if we will return since there are better, inexpensive options right in the area. Food is too high to keep making the same mistake.

I was looking for a local bakery to do my engagement cake and called Tres leaches. I called and explained what I wanted on the cake and I went in person to pay for it with me mom. We were shocked to go in and see the place was absolutely disgusting. The kitchen was a mess, with dirty dishes and pots out filled with buttercream. Bags of flour and sugar opened with trays of baked goods out next to the dirty dishes. The worker was also not clean with her hands touching everything and going back to work on her cake orders. I left and canceled my cake order and definitely not recommend her to anyone.

The best in Columbia Irmo area. I had a slice of guava key lime cake yesterday. The best I have ever had. Dinner rolls incredible. Check it out!!

What an absolutely amazing Très Lèches Cake, decorated with cinnamon and Christmas cookies for the holidays. My family and I love this bakery, they have the most authentic Mexican desserts in the South.

I've been here at least a dozen times now, and everything has been amazing. The selection is always good and varies, and if you like your desserts with less sugar, they're perfect.
