Horrible manager on saturday August 18th at 1'oclock..this young guy needs another lesson in dispute resolution and customer appreciation. It was his nonchalance and overall disposition that cost his store a sell for 5 people over a $1.60 bag of chips. I refuse to spend my money where its not appreciated. So cancel our orders ...ill take my family to chipotle. THE Tropical Smoothie store is probably good overall but the owner needs to give serious consideration to keeping that young man on as manager representing his brand.

Customer service was very kind, caring and patient. Very excellent time with friends and family!

Always tasty food and lots of choices. Recently got my wife hooked after years of her hearing me rave about the Jerk chicken wraps and delicious smoothies! We'll be back soon!

Service was slow. Took almost 15 minutes to get order. Saw people come and go as I waited. Finally asked. Them asked the manager. No aplogizes just shoulder shrugs. This is why the Lexington location is so much better.

I really like this place but they started messing up my smoothie I never change what I got, just horrible so i stop going. Also I use too get a smoothie Monday-Friday before work. Cost me $6 or $7 depend what I add to it. I guess it save me some money

Horrible experience. This restaurant lists curbside pickup as an option on Google so I placed a pickup order. When I arrived and called, they told me they don’t have curbside (and hadn’t for a full year!) and they could not find my order. I had two sick, crying babies in the car so I couldn’t go inside. The manager didn’t know how to issue a refund so they finally came outside after I spent 15 minutes on the phone. Our food was cold at that point and I don’t plan to return to this establishment.

**Editing to add: The owner’s comments back state that this location doesn’t offer curbside despite including a highlighted screenshot with curbside listed on my review. I also had my husband check and his lists the same. I’ve worked in Food & Bev for 10+ years. Sad response and poor business practices. I will be sharing my experience with others to avoid this establishment and to patronize other locations instead!

This place has the best smoothies in the area. You can pretty much get any kind of smoothie that you can think of. There are so many options and levels of smoothie customization. Also, the food is good too. Definitely a go to for lunch.

My favorite place to go after the gym. I love the peanut butter smoothie and the chipotle chicken club is DELICIOUS, no doubt the best. Staff always nice.

Best place to get a smoothie! I come in everyday! They have the best staff! As a patron to this establishment everyday they deserve a 5 star because every experience is exceptional

Food was nasty and chicken was spoiled you can tell it was ruined from the first bite ...
not clean at all it was very dirty on the sitting area and 2 employee was just standing inside the counter instead of cleaning the place so someone can sit down to eat. Smoothie might be good but food is not worth it.
