The girl who took my order was extremely rude. She didn't say anything to me. No smile. I watched the over people "greeting" people when they'd come up to the counter and all of them were just rude. Nobody looked happy to be there. I had a terrible experience. And this was my first time coming here. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I won't be back..
And the scent of the restraint was way to overwhelming, very disappointed..
Good food/drinks; terrible service.

I went in to get my food that I ordered via phone. It was almost two minutes before someone acknowledged me. No other customers in the store. During that time I observed a TS bag with food sitting on a box of paper towels unattended. When someone finally came to the front and I asked if that was my food and why was it not in the kitchen but in the corner with the kitchen supplies she was told that's where the manager told her to put it. I dont believe food should be mixed in with Kitchen supplies need TS to do better.

The staff members at this location are always courteous and prompt, even when busy. I have never tried a smoothie that I did not like but the bahama mama and detox island green are my favorites! The perfect spot to refuel after a long day of shopping on Harbison.

Pretty good smoothies. The tacos have too much vegetable matter for my taste but I have a very low threshold. The staff is nice. They will split your smoothie so your child can have their own cup.

I have been a Tropical Smoothie customer for over 10 years. I live Florida then moved here and was so excited when they finally opened up one here. I went in today and will have to say that it will be the last time I ever go back in there. I received the WORST customer service. I ordered my original immune blast like always and it did not taste correctly. I have had lots of them that were not always correct but close to it. I never complained. Today I had to because it was horrible. I told the lady at the register and she made another one but she was not happy about it. She said well what else do you want me to do with it with a very rude attitude and rolled her eyes at me. When i received the other one it was just as bad as the first one if not worse. I then proceeded to go back up there and kindly asked for my money back. She said that she could not do that she already made it twice. I said that was fine but i will never return here. I know if I owned a place I would not want an employee to treat my customers the way she did. Very disappointed.

Tropical Smoothie is absolutely my most favorite restaurant/smoothie bar, but my last visit wasn’t so great. I ordered an island green, which was amazing as always, but i also ordered the chicken chipotle flatbread and one of my tenderloins was way undercooked. Please make sure all meat is cooked thoroughly!

I've been getting smoothies here for years. About 50% of my orders have something wrong with it. It's great when they get it right but you can tell they hire a lot of care free kids to do the job and it shows. Love the product but getting to it is a battle

I went to this location a few times in the past but today really shinned! A lady named Kim was in the front assisting. Kim was friendly and I could tell she was very customer service oriented. She had the things that I as a customer look for whenever I eat out. Not to mention the food was fresh as always. Thank you all.

Smothies and lunch fare like sandwiches and wraps available. They were busy during the lunch rush but the service was quick. They have a big variety of smoothies and fresh fruit juices. You could also get extras like vitamins added in. I got a smoothie that was made fresh and tasty! Filled me up for a quick lunch. Next time I'll try the wraps.

The staff is always friendly to me. I eat here quite a bit because I work in the same plaza. The smoothies turn out good most days. You do get the occasional watered down one but if you bring it back they'll remake it for you.
