Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Quick service, friendly staff, SUPER good smoothies and food. The bahama mama smoothie is sweet, tart, perfect! The shrimp quesadilla has perfectly melted cheese, the shrimp was tasty and had a great bit of sweetness too. Yum!

I love this brand smoothie shop but it’s not the same as the other tropical smoothies which is very disappointing. I just moved here from Atlanta Ga and use to go to Tropical smoothie every day before work. I was super excited to find one down the street from where I live now but this shop is nothing like the shops in Atlanta. I always get coupons through the app which you can not use at this location. I always have loyalty coupons and was told that I could not use them. Also in Atlanta all the tropical smoothies do half off smoothies from 6am-8am. I have slowed down going to tropical smoothie because of this store not being able to use my tropical smoothie app and coupons. Even thought I don’t really like smoothie king I rather drive the next exit up to get smoothies from them. This location seems to do what they want and do not follow the rules of the other tropical smoothie stores. They do not want my loyalty so I rather go somewhere else.

Good food. Bad customer service when it comes to answering the phone. I’ve tried calling at least 5x this hour and nothing. I ordered two quesadillas for pickup and wanted to know if I was supposed to get sides with my meal. I wasn’t offered any sides and $28 seems expensive for two quesadillas and smoothies without a side.

Managers..Could you please teach and train your workers to make the smoothies the exact way it's suppose to be made..There's one male at this location..Tht knows how to make Chia Banana Boost smoothie...It has a water down taste and bland..I went today and asked for them to remake it..It was as they given me the same one I already had..😝
Clearly your a young kid that's responding to my complaint and no accountability..The workers are not trained to make a Chia smoothie correctly..The reason why the smoothie had a nasty, bland tast..You want me to quit my job, working at a Hospital to make fake smoothies? No thanks..I'm screen shot to email the manager and corporate office..To show how unprofessional this comment is

Jordan made the BEST Peanut Butter Chia Banana Boost smoothie. Get it. Trust me.
ALSO-they need to put a tip jar out so you can show them some love.

Great quick place to grab a smoothie after a workout or if you just like to enjoy a fresh cool treat. Wraps are awesome. Friendly staff. Definitely will be back.

Worst experience ive had with them. Im not sure whats going on. My quesadilla was not even in a box it was wrapped poorly smushed my food doesnt even look like a full quesadilla. Dont get me started on my smoothie.... okay if yall have a supply shortage do yall have a food shortage because again... my quesadilla one slice had nothing in it... nothing but a tortilla

The guy at the register didn’t add my smoothies to my order the first time then I reordered them & only one was made. I told him my name was Cleo he put in something different. I’m very annoyed & irritated

Ordered online through the mobile app. I had a simple wrap & smoothie pair, got my wrap & half of the chicken was cold. I was hungry, it was still good .. Would’ve been better if it was hot

Walking in the smell of burnt bread was overwhelming. The layout in most cafes has it so you can see your smoothie being prepared. This one does not. You are unable to scan for the app, so much for the rewards program. There were also flies in the store. I typically love tropical because of its cleanliness and timeliness. This place was a disappointment. Added to that, the bathrooms had wet gunk on the floor, the fan sounded like it had rocks in it. Maybe decent customer service could have saved the visit but the employees were to busy texting. I thought the chain had higher standards.
