Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This morning was my first visit and I loved it. I ordered the detox smoothie and the customer service was excellent!!!! The guy answered all of my questions and even made great suggestions!!!! I will be back tomorrow and the day after that and the day after that!!!!!

Such wonderful service! Polite and happy. I felt safe with all this COVID stuff going on, too.
As always the taste is the best in smoothies!!!

Had to wait a little longer than I expected for my smoothie, but it was during a lunch rush. The wrap was larger than I expected and delicious. I purchased a watermelon mojito and Thai wrap.

Just left, Morgan had a terrible attitude, didn’t greet us nor say thank you. Not sure if she having a bad day but she needs to go home if she can’t provide good customer service! This is a great business just please hire better workers!

I love tropical smoothie cafe, but the teenagers they have running the 7pm shift are going to cost them my business to smoothie king. I sat at the register for 5 minutes while 3 workers sat in the back and just looked at me. One girl finally approached the counter, but looked over me and talked to her friends sitting in the lobby. She approached me finally and said, "what's up?". Took 10 more minutes to get my smoothie while they fought over who had to make it...directly in front of me. The girl who took my order said "not me" and went to plug in her phone and text. I mean Wow. A manager messed up somewhere leaving kids in charge of this place. Probably won't be back on pm shifts.

Me and my wife stop at this place often when we travel this way. One of the smoothies we ordered was super watered down, however when we brought it back they corrected it and gave us an awesome smoothie!

Absolutely great place. The staff is younger which is cool! Nice to see a place helping younger kids get started in the work force. Food is amazing and smoothies are the best in town!

I enjoyed this place in Phoenix, Arizona also. I was really glad to see there's one here when I moved. It welcomed me to somewhere happy and familiar where I get to enjoy a healthy treat that makes a person feel good.

Wonderful customer service and tasty food! They got busy but that did not stop them from delivering some tasty food! Definitely going to return again!
