Customer service was great, first time having a smoothie and it was great. The island green was delicious and sweet just like, I like things. Will definitely be back

I haven't tried the actual food, just a smoothie and it was really good!

You do have to read the fine print at the bottom of the menu and ask the to not at the extra giant scoop of sugar to the away sweet drink full of fruit.

I was very happy to see they had menus with full nutrition facts on them... This was very helpful in picking a smoothie.

Prices felt kind of high at first but at around $5 a smoothie and with how much stuff is in it... It's about right.

Absolutely love the staff on shift tonight. Everything was perfect and came out quickly during a rush!! Great job. Never too cold for warm food and a smoothie 💕

I visited this location today in hopes of getting a smoothie and a bite to eat. When I walked in the door there was no greeting or any acknowledgement at all. The cashier looked me in my face and walked to the back. A few moments go by, a gentleman walks in the door, is greeted, and his order is taken in front of mine. At that point I decided I didn’t want to spend my money there and walked out to avoid confrontation. Once I left the store, I did call back to speak with the manager on duty. He was very nice and apologetic and even offered me a free smoothie. I declined, as a free smoothie does not justify how I was treated. Customer service is everything, and from the looks of the previous reviews, and how i was treated, this store is lacking it. I will definitely not be back.

The female owner Of this location(and Lincoln st) is so beautiful and sweet! I am so glad to see her face when I come in because I know my order and the experience is going to be amazing! No matter where I am in Columbia, I go to Harbison or Lincoln st. Location because they are clean and professional! 100% recommended!

So this is the worst experience I have had to date with this location, I ordered via the app at 11:30am for a pick up at 12:30pm. When I arrived at the location they tell me my order has been pick up but I had just got there, meaning they gave it to the wrong person. So I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to correct there mistakes even though I should have taken priority. Then I ask to speak to the manager only for him to say that it NOT their fault THEY gave it to the wrong person. Like what? Not only did I have to wait longer then intended but I still had to pay for THEIR mistakes, unbelievable.

Stopped by to get a smoothie and found they had many more options! The food is surprisingly great despite the fact that it is a smoothie specialty. The staff is very nice and helpful. The environment was also clean and very quiet. Both the smoothie and the food was very good. The food and smoothie also did not take long to come out. Check it out, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

I've gone several times, the smoothies are good had no problems. However, I visited today and had one of the worst ever customer service responses to a mistake they made. I ordered 2 wraps, I noticed the wrap was small and didn't taste as it had before. My daughter n I opened the wrap and realized it wasn't at all what we ordered. As we had almost completed the first half, we took the 2nd halves back and told them of the error. They gave us 2 half wraps, and no apology. I went to speak to the manager, who'd just finished a friendly conversation with several ladies. She said she was about to make some smoothies and shooed me off to speak to another worker. He said what do you want you ate the other 2 halves. I said I want what I paid for, or at least a refund of some sort. He was very rude dug out a couple of dollars from his pocket and acted as if I had done something wrong. I will not go back there and am very upset n disappointed at how I was so rudely dismissed and disrespected after paying $28!

Manager was very rude and unconcerned about making sure our order was remade until wed made several calls. His comment about "this is why we lose money" quickly turned around when I told him he could have the smoothies back because i clearly couldn't drink them. He overtalked myself and my partner the entire time, although he admitted he did not hear my partner put the order in, only what he saw his cashier (who lied when I spoke to him about the transaction) entered on the screen. At that point I just wanted a refund and to never spend money there or at any of their other locations, downtown, and in Lexington, after spending hundreds of dollars with them every mo th for the past few months. Corporate nor the store have refunded me yet, or contacted me for a resolution.

Edit after response: no, he was very clear on what he asked for, and going above and beyond to make us happy when I was not able to get a word in edgewise? How would being handled rudely be going above and beyond to make anyone happy, especially when it took 4 phone calls to even get remade smoothies offered? The lack of accountability is astounding. You cannot state what he ordered as you admitted you did not hear him place his order, so that statement is incorrect. The initial comment of how my order was even placed was irrelevant. You restated that to both him and myself. HOW the order was placed wasn't the concern. Me not receiving what was asked for, then being ostracized for asking for the situation to be resolved is
