Always friendly and make their drinks after you order. You won't be handed an overpriced iced coffee thats been sitting in the fridge like other places. Great prices. They gave my mom and Grandma free coffee when they stopped to have a celebratory coffee after Grandma finished radiation treatment. 🙂

The girls were fantastic. !!!! I wanted to stay so to have more fun but hey they were working. I will be back.... Telling all my friends about it.... Thank you!

Recently the service has been lacking. Last visit it seems that the girl that took my order didn't know her drinks. She didn't repeat my order to make sure it was correct. The frosts and freezes were watery, having to ask for extra thick to get it how I want my drink and sometimes that doesn't help😔

Worst Dutch I’ve ever been to. If a lane isn’t open, BLOCK IT. Why did I have to wait 5 mins at a window for staff to finally not only to acknowledge me but to tell me I had to drive around to the other lane. There were 2 people in line. I think you could of apologized and just served me considering it was YOUR mistake not mine. Now I don’t have coffee for my 12 hour shift. Thanks

They we're super busy but also very quick.

Good and energetic workers. Only thing is every time I go I always never get my drink made right and always have to ask them to remake it. I would rather take my business to payette, I never had a problem with the payette location making my drink wrong.

Dutch Bros makes a consistent drink, which keeps me coming back. I have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and make consistent efforts to get your order and get you through the line as quickly as possible. Plus their coffee is great!

The staff is always quick and friendly. Today I stop by for a drink and The employee taking my order asked what I was up to. I mentioned that my wife just delivered our baby and I was on my way to pick her up... he congratulated me and said I needed the energy and this one was on-the-house. It’s great that they can keep a balance of being a quick and still being personable. I was impressed that Dutch Bros gives their employees the autonomy to make that judgment call without having to run and get approval. Way to go above and beyond!

We’ve had no issues at any of our local locations, but we stopped here on a road trip. The girls were joking about how they regularly leave out the flavors that people request and hope they don’t notice. At that point it shouldn’t have been a surprise that neither of our drinks were even close to what we asked for, but the balls they had to openly admit to doing it on purpose for fun was really the cherry on top.
