I ordered a Carmel latte an it was watery 🤮... I get sad when I lose our on money when I knew McDonald's was just right there!!😭😭😭

This is the second time we have been to this location and received the wrong drinks from the secret menu. This time the girl( who was actually nice) informed me a dirty white girl is just a chai. If you look up the secret menu this drink is actually made with rebel. Then what I got just tastes like espresso and milk, no chai flavoring here. Can you train the employees better in the secret menu please?

Drinks could have been hot (ordered hot) warm at best. Great customer service

All three locations in my area are great. Staff is always smiling and friendly. I think Payette store is my fav though. That is not taking away from either of the Ontario stores though, you can't go wrong with any of them.

I dont personally dring coffee but my bf does snd goes here everytime he is in town...

Best coffee shop in town. Just what a person needs on a work morning. Super quick and friendly service. Just don't inquire me like an investigator. I roll up my window so Quick lol.

I can’t believe how consistently nice & helpful the DBC EMPLOYEES are at every shop.

Love this place. If they actually listen to your order. Sometimes they are in too big a hurry to pay attention. If you ask for extra Carmel around the cup, you should get extra. Willing to pay extra if need be.
