Don't be fooled by the reasonably high average score. This place has been receiving legitimate 1 star reviews for years.
This was among the worst service experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I would describe my interactions with the staff as bizarre.

Some reviews address the pricing, relative to the food quality, which is kind of a fair point, though it's on the coast, so I am prepared to deal with that.
However, it doesn't excuse the inattentive, and frankly rude service.
As other reviews have mentioned, I don't know if I've ever felt so aggressively unwelcome at a restaurant before.
This was the worst part of my beach trip, when ideally, it should've and could have been a highlight.

I'll not be returning. Do yourself a favor, and pack a nice little picnic instead, or find another establishment to patronize.

5:30, Saturday. no one in the restaurant and no food to be had. They were out of pizzas, clam chowder, steak sandwich , etc etc. . Etc. etc. Don’t know what happened. I was pretty shocked as this is been our go to place for a long time.

After a fun day on the Neskowin Beach we decided to get some food for the ride home. I ordered a kids Macaroni and two plates of Appetizer French Fries and an Italian Soda To-Go. ($27)

They didn’t include silverware so we had to return, but my biggest complaint was an issue with the fries.
We ordered two appetizer fries and they gave us two small side portions of French fries. We paid $8.00 per French Fry and they were no bigger than what would be served next to a burger.

I went back inside to retrieve the silverware and to return the fries. The front end lady, confirmed that was the correct size French fry they sell as an appetizer (the size of a side of fries for $8.00) and that she would give us a big box of fries to make it right because understands and has kids of her own.. yada yada. I appreciate the customer service but am appalled at their portion size to price ratio.

Overall the quality of the food was subpar. The children’s Macaroni was too rich and made with stale butter. The fries were fresh, but were run of the mill and combined with the small sizes and extreme overprices I would never return to this restaurant.

Service was a 3/5 but they were probably more busy than normal.
Pizza was 3/5 because it was especially salty and greasy

Deliciuos! We ordered a couple of pizzas, one of them was the Thai pizza and it was sooo good!! Highly recommended! We had a great lunch at the beach😋

We just checked into our vacation rental and went over to get some dinner, arriving at 7:05. We were told that there was no way we could be served before they closed at eight. The dude just got through bussing two 4-tops, and there was no one in front of us. Only a group of 6, and we had previewed the menu and we’re ready to order. I get it, it’s not a big place and it was about 3/4 full….but that’s not full. No apologies, no excuse other than a shoulder shrug. Yikes….if someone showed up to my hardware store close to closing, they get helped, because I depend on my customers to keep my business going. I wonder if the owners know business is being turned away about an hour before they close. The bright light is that we went next door at the Trading Co. and they were friendly and more than happy to help me spend $150 on some delicious food! And I believe their $50 tip was well-deserved ( I know, I know, but I did it to thank them for not turning us away 😂)

Very cosy comfortable restaurant with great service and great food. Definitely worth a stop.

We went in on a night it was a full house but nevertheless the food was delicious. We had the fish & chips and the coconut shrimp. The sticky toffee pudding definitely was one of the highlights of our trip. Definitely recommend stopping by if visiting the area. They are extremely busy on weekends so we went in around 6pm to dine in.

One of the best pizzas weve had since moving to Oregon. The cafe is so cozy and watching the sunset tonight was beautiful.
