The Cafe on Hawk Creek

There were 5 of us - on a Friday night. It was busy but the wait wasn't too long; the servers were all busy, but attentive. The food was delicious. Our table had a variety - steamer clams, crab cakes, a chicken sandwich, calamari, alfredo pasta - and it was all served hot and so tasty. Loved the toffee cake dessert!!! Got another the next day... Missed the pizza, but can't wait to try it another trip. The restaurant was clean and had a beautiful deck, but the air was chilly that day/night.

Nice atmosphere. Great service. Fish and chips were great. The grilled chicken sandwich was good. The only negatives are that the prices are a little high and the menu is a bit limited. We will be returning.

Hazelnut Crusted Rockfish is outstanding. Can’t say enough about the Seafood Mac n Cheese, and so glad we got the oysters appetizer. It’s so cozy inside on a wet winter night, and service was timely and friendly. We were surprised to enjoy the live music which added to the ambience. The Cafe on Hawk Creek never disappoints.

Lunch was delightful. The food ordered by everyone in my party of six was served together and promptly. The crab cakes were the best I’ve ever had and the clam chowder was wonderfully flavorful. Our server was friendly and professional. It was a lovely experience.

STILL love this place! Delicious food. Large portions and high quality. Service is fantastic and the view of the creek is beautiful.

I have been comming to Hawk Creek for over 15 years and since this remodel they have trully went down hill. There pizza used to be hands down the best on the coast. And they used to sell a family sized that would easily feed a family of 5 . now their price has gone up to 23 dollars for a pizza that does not even fill up my son and is smaller than papa Murphy's large . it is very upsetting to me that I will not be returning and I can no longer refer them to my friends any more. Unless they reconsider there pizzas because in order to feed a family of 4 you would be looking at almost 70 dollars. Their clam chowder is still the best however even the server could not tell the difference between a cup and the bowl for quite a big price difference.

Omg. GO HERE! Had the best Seafood Mac ever! Clams in the shell, huge juicy prawns, spinach and cherry tomato, bacon and the cheese sauce was perfectly prepared. Service was pleasant and the restaurant was cozy. Thank you Hawk Creek!

I am impressed ! One of the best reataurants I have eaten at. Excellent quality in the Fish and Chips, incredible and fresh pizzas, the coleslaw is the best (really), and much compliment on the reasonable use of salt in the kitchen.
The House salad was pleasing to the eye and the palate.
Their Espresso was remarkable, as was the service. No doubt, 5 stars.

Very cosy, friendly people great atmosphere, great food would definitely recommend anybody definitely will be coming back

We came here twice during our stay. They are really busy but hustle to get you in. First waitress was great and personable, the second waitress was obviously frazzled by the full house and was all business and didn’t chat until our check was coming. Our food and drinks were exceptional. We will always come back when we are in town.
