Fried Chicken Club was the best sandwhich I have had in Mcminnville. Will be returning.

Large servings, great coffee. My omelet was prepared properly, plate appeared quickly. Complement to chief.

The girl that seated us was nice. The waitress was nice enough but, when I told her that I didn’t want the ham in the omelette ( just the vegetables) and instead of Swiss could I have cheddar cheese she replied that there are ten orders ahead of you, they are ready busy, I am not going to ask!! 😳 she said that they don’t customize the omelette. What?? Leaving the ham out and changing the cheese.. 🙄 that’s customizing? I am a nice person so I asked if they could leave the ham in and change the cheese ( Swiss cheese in an omelette? No thank you!! The omelette was awful, ( it didn’t have the green peppers and onions that she said it came with ) instead it had spinach and mushrooms. There was no flavor to the omelette I only tasted the cheese.and it didn’t even look like real egg, the hash browns weren’t crispy (what I had asked for ) and the biscuit tasted like fried grease. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. I wouldn’t even give it a one star but, in order to write a review I had to.
Maybe, some of their other dishes are good…. But, stay way from the omelet all together. Yuck. 🤮

Service is always good, and the food is always amazing. The menu has a nice variety of a typical American menu. The atmosphere is pretty chill, and wait times are always short. My wife and love having breakfast here! A great addition the the McMinnville community!

Read reviews such as those from Ryan Z below. He captures a key point about this place. I have had good and I have had bad food on a visit to Oregon, but this was the first restaurant that was downright rude.

When I told the waitress that we were ready to order she snapped "Well I'm not, you will have to wait". What is someone like that doing in hospitality? She should be measuring the bezels on manhole covers, or something. That was the last straw. We left and had a good experience at the historic Oregon Hotel.

Five minutes earlier, a different waitress served us water and when we told her we were ready to order she rappeed back "I can't serve food, only drinks", which was odd. I have never been to a restaurant with that as a system. I have never met a customer who wanted it.

Five minutes earlier, when we first arrived,we had to wait a long time at the maitre d' desk. When we were seated (by, it turned out, the waitress who would be rude later) it was without any welcome or warmth. The frosty antithesis of hospitality.

Later we were told by McMinnville natives that The Diner is one of very few dining outlets on that end of town and has a captive market (medical centre, etc.). Any budding restaurateur reading this review should consider opening nearby, you will teach them to stop taking customers for granted.

Great Brekkie. Pleasant Sunday morning with good food, company, and atmosphere.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. They also have dinner on Friday and Saturday. Excellent value for the money, the dishes are plated well, fresh, and delicious.

Too quiet and small for a business lunch, but great for romantic or casual get together. The decor is very classy inside (leather seats and glossy wood tables). Nice place to take friends and family.

They have a couple tables outside.

Small but comfortable spot for comfort foods with a twist. Solid breakfast option.

One word!!!! AMAZING.

Everything is homemade. If you are in the area and haven't eaten here get here quick and do so. Really. It is amazing. Well flavored and cooked correctly and the service is great.
