Our experience at the Diner was really special. It is the anniversary of my fathers passing, feeling a bit sad but I decided to take my daughter to a late breakfast. We sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air. My little girl got to color and draw while we waiting for our food. The food was amazing! Had the absolute best customer service, very friendly staff and the manager went above and beyond for me today, I was brought to tears by her genuine kindness. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend trying it if you haven’t yet. The eggs Benedict is probably the best I’ve ever had, please don’t tell my mom I said that!

Delicious food that clearly makes use of seasonal local ingredients. I would also highly recommend trying some of their different Bloody Mary’s.

Greeted by friendly staff at the door and a friendly waitress taking orders. She recommended the burger which was excellent. Cooked perfectly, great tasting burger with avocado, bacon and cheese and a side of hand-cut fries. Reminded me of my mom's home-made fries. The buns are made fresh daily and you can taste the love they put in their food. A great atmosphere in a very open space complimented with fresh ingredients and genuine care makes this "diner" a great place to eat. Prices were higher than a diner, but the quality supports the price making this a good value.
Back again for the white bean pork chilli and the Cobb salad. The chilli was excellent with a deep smoky pork flavor served with a side of wonderful toast and just the right amount of heat. The Cobb salad was also wonderful with very flavorful grilled chicken, lots of bacon, and a fantastically rich blue cheese. If you like very flavorful blue cheese, this will not disappoint. This place is better every time I go.

Food was ok at best. Service was so so. Definitely much better options for the price.

The Diner was a whim based stop for a beach-bound trip. Nobody in my party knew what to expect, so our expectations were set to medium. We were very pleased with our food - not a complaint from all 4 of us.
You know when you see a picture of food on a menu and it's the perfect representation of what the food is supposed to look like? It's a staged photo, manipulated to perfection like an Instagram filter. Here, there were no filters needed. The food looked perfect.
Portion sizes were large. Prices were adequate. We had a wide variety of food from soup to eggs benedict and all of it was great. I've never had more perfect tater tots. The food took a tad longer than I wanted to come out of the kitchen, but it was well worth the wait.
Also, I loved the soundtrack they had playing over the speakers. You can never go wrong with Eddie Vedder's Into The Wild album.
What a great stop! I would highly recommend a stop here if you're driving through.

This place has blossomed into one of the best restaurants in a very competitive McMinnville market. Generous portions, quality and tasty food alongside very kind service make this a five star place for me. Do be aware that this is not a large place, it gets busy and there is sometimes a wait. Don't let it discourage you, it is worth it.

Good playlist. Great coffee.
The kale was a perfect compliment to our bennys.

The best breakfast spot I’ve been too. Not only do they serve breakfast but lunch as well. The food was brought out fairly quickly. The food was amazing!! I ordered the eggs benedict with fried chicken and bacon and it was the delicious. Very friendly staff!

We visited here for an 11a breakfast on a Saturday. There were 5 or 6 other customers. Service was very slow, but friendly. There was only one waitress and 2 waitstaff. Perhaps an other waitress was a no-show that day. My husband's omelette was good. My order of scrambled eggs and grits could have been great, but they were barely warm. Both dishes were of good portions and looked appealing on the plates.
Management needs to get rid of the wooden step obstace by the front door. Huge tripping liability!
