OMG! A hidden Jem💕! Great location!!!l. Rite next to a hospital. Not to far off the beaten path. If your in town a must go to. Not a cheap place to dine, but worth the money you spend for creative taste quality ingredients. There biscuits with jam😋😋😋 simple has not been made so tasty. Burgers amazing!!! Breakfast potatoes😋😋(the layovers fed me for two more meals)!!

We had a business meeting there. Food came out hot. Service was good but not great.. I requested a drink and never received it. Server seems overwhelmed.
I would still recommend this place and next time I would like to try breakfast

Rated the food a 2 because each time I go, I go for breakfast and I order Corned Beef Hash which has always disappointed me because the corned beef is barely present. One must pick through the abundance of potatoes to find the corned beef, however, the tiny portion that does show up is very tasty! I keep ordering it hoping it will be better the next time, but so far no such luck! I asked the server before I ordered last time if they had gotten any more generous with the corned beef, and she just looked at me and gave me a twisted smile. That should've been a big clue!

I've been going here for years and it never disappoints. This time I tried the dill pickle creamy soup with sour cream. Yes, it sounds odd, but believe me. It was well worth it. Love this place!

The fries all 3 of us ordered were so overdone that they shouldn't have been served. They were beyond crispy. Dark brown & snapped when you broke them. The service was slow but they were busy. I also prefer fountain drinks instead of a can but they don't have them. Sandwiches were good but very dry. I won't be back.

Our waitress was great, very nice, prompt service on a Thursday morning. As we head into fall it may make sense to get a few heaters and open up the modest patio for outdoor seating. My friend ordered the chicken fried steak, the steak itself was well seasoned, but he thought the potatoes were a tad under-seasoned, the gravy could use a little salt and pepper but nothing that can't be fixed table side. I had the corned beef and pastrami hash, which was bursting with flavor. I also ordered a side of cheesy grits which were flavorful and had a good medium sharp cheesiness to them. I would recommend this spot for anyone blowing through McMinnville on their way to the coast. Reasonable prices as well.

Terrible customer service. Waited over an hour when I was told it would be 25 minutes. I waited in the car with my 7 month old son and my husband. We were very patient and understanding. We went in to check on things and see how much longer. We saw multiple people get seated so we knew something was up. We went in and she told us she texted us twice but never got an answer. She never stepped outside or anything. The number she wrote down was not the right number that I had told her. She said she could put us back on the top of the list but we would have to wait another 20 minutes. An hour and a half for a table for 2?! I was so frustrated after waiting very patiently watching my phone like a hawk. This was very upsetting cuz we just moved to the area and we wanted to make this a spot for us in the future. The food looked great. Drinks looked good. I was so excited to try it which is why we waited as long as we did. After this experience we will not be wasting our time here again. There are plenty of better, closer options we are going to try instead.

We love the diner definitely recommend it. The food is always good. The staff are nice and friendly. The iced tea is really good. The classic breakfast is good and the chicken strips and tots.

Very disappointed.

Waited almost an hour to be seated and then over an hour for our food. The restaurant was not too busy either.

The service was very “hello and goodbye.” We were given water refills when we were finished with our meals.
