Black Rock Coffee Bar

This is a sit down location with three good sized community tables and metal chairs. There are also four comfy upholstered chairs on both ends.

As always, coffee is consistently good. Their customer service was mixed. There were 6 people who could have acknowledged the customers who were waiting. On the other hand, during other interactions, most were polite and helpful. There was also a training in progress so we know it's only going to get better.

The food was decent, the wifi was not working, country music and rap filled the room while the volume was at times too loud. Cleanliness should improve. Great potential!

Well sorry Star Bucks, Dutch Brothers, Human Bean and all the rest of the coffee shops. BLACK ROCK IS THE BEST. Nobody makes a better Carmel Blondie than BLACK ROCK. If you want the best cup of coffee in town . Try BLACK ROCK ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ The wife and I would love to see some Black Rock open up on the Oregon coast.

We really like this place! They have some great coffee options as well as snacks and energy drinks.

A big drawback unfortunately is the state of their bathroom. Dirty, and cluttered! Seriously was surprised because the rest of the coffee shop was super clean and tidy. Literally looked like they hadn't cleaned the bathroom in a week or more.

I definitely want to come back here! If the state of the bathroom changes the next time I visit I will update my review to five Stars.

I love bitter coffee. This is the best one I tried in OR so far. The coffee bean is dark roasted. The price is reasonable and I would come back for sure :)

I can’t get enough of these guys. Excellent staff. Humble. Not too bubbly like other coffee vendors *cough* Dutch *cough*. If I wanted someone to talk to me like an energetic dog I know where to go. But if you are looking for staff that remembers your name. Cares genuinely about your day when they ask how it’s going, and is excited to serve every person. This is the place for you. One key feature to this place is the staff remembers what you drink. Nothing like switching it up and having to explain you are feeling a bit frisky that day.
Want actually good coffee. Want a cold drink that was put in a blender and not from dispenser and everything taste the same? Want someone to remember your name and not climb through your window so they can hear you over the blaring music? Here you go. Black rock. Best coffee in town.

Super watered down(like how you water down a babys juice) vanilla chai tea with coconut milk...didn't even have a non-dairy blender in 2023 it's sad. Wayyyyy overpriced for a 32oz drink which was over $9.50+ it literally tasted like hint juice!! I usually wouldn't pay that much for a drink and I'd been craving one for over 6 months

Horrible customer service I love black rock but today service sucked. They just put in a new drive through that literally says "order here" sat for over 10 minutes as they just looked at us though the pay window before we finally got frusterated from the wait and moved forward just for them to say that it doesn't work. No sign, didn't wave us forward nothing just wasted our time and had an additude when I had asked what was up.On top of that they didn't even give us what we ordered. Definitely won't be back to this location

Had a Carmel blondie that was super delicious if you're not into bitter coffee's. Small but cozy seating and quiet. Will be going here to do my homework and classes.

Awful service. If the crew actually cared and didn’t just wish they worked at Dutch the product would be better. Support local. Go to gold rush instead.

Still feel this way. Tried again hoping things have changed. But this locations just sucks and the people are always so mean and rude

Very nice place. But the published time says they close at 9pm. I got there 6:30 and they asked us to leave at 7pm. Please update information
