First of all, the drinks are fantastic. Whether you prefer hot or cold coffee, tea, or something else entirely, there is a drink for everyone. The menu is extensive and diverse, with fun and creative names that will put a smile on your face. And, the best part? Every drink I've tried has been consistently delicious, no matter which location I visit.
But it's not just the drinks that make Dutch Bros stand out. The customer service is top-notch. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They genuinely care about their customers and create a positive and upbeat environment.
And let's not forget about the atmosphere. The stores have a unique and fun vibe, with bright colors and upbeat music that instantly put you in a good mood. Whether you're stopping by for a quick drink on your way to work or meeting up with friends for a chat, the atmosphere at Dutch Bros is always enjoyable.

Delicious coffee! If you like your coffee a little stronger than just add an extra shot, or you can even ask them to do half sweet. They're super helpful & have great service when picking something you know you want but don't see it on the menu. Highly recommend trying out!

Had a great experience here. I think they’re still working out some kinks in the drive thru, but overall had great service and all the employees were very kind and efficient. Their size small coffee is the size of most coffee shops’ size medium. Well-priced quality coffee.

This is a great location. I’ve visited it many times and have yet to have a less than great experience. The person taking orders is fast and, with the app, it’s very easy to pay. The window people actually talk to you and take 5 seconds out of their time to ask how you are. I like the overall experience and there are so many flavors for non coffee drinkers.

Excellent service, kinda pricey but what fancy coffee shop isnt!? Ba nay nay was so good!! I had 2 extra shots of espresso and I think that put me over the 😜🤪. It might have been jet fuel lol . This will be my new drink of choice. The drink hole was to big or something it didn't feel right so had to get a straw.

I am not a coffee drinker but I am a big fan of Dutch Bros lemonade. Their Smoothes are pretty good too. The customer service at this location is fantastic. Everyone at this location is always friendly and helpful. For the ones that complained that Norman didn’t need another coffee place this the only coffee place Norman needs.

Elizabeth was the BEST!! She took care of our bridal party to the T!!! Everyone loved their drinks. First time here and we will be back. Abby also helped us— such friendly team members!

They're super quick to make your drinks and are always really friendly and very helpful.
One worker actually helped me figure out a coffee I really loved since they don't have regular iced coffees on the menu and wouldn't let me leave until I tried it and told her I liked it just in case she needed to fix it a little.

I recently visited the Norman OK location and ordered a large soda. I asked for light ice and was given a drink that was unfilled. I hadn’t realized it until I got all the way home or else I would have said something. For my drink not to be completely filled due to the fact I asked for light ice is pretty absurd. Dutch Bros always loads the drinks with way more ice than necessary and you don’t end up getting a full drink with it being half (if not more) ice—so to FIX this problem I asked for light ice. Considering how expensive these drinks are I would have at least expected my drink to be filled, also considering how big they are. I would understand if I asked for no ice—but I asked for LIGHT ice. This is disappointing because other than this instance I have had a mostly a good experience with Dutch Bros. If I pay for such a large/expensive drink and don’t get it filled all the way only due to the fact I have to ask for light ice BECAUSE my drink is half ice in the first place makes me not want to spend my money here. I hate being this person but I have worked at an establishment similar to this and don’t understand why this is even an issue. I’m genuinely not trying to be mean—I just want Dutch Bros to do better so I can come back.
I hope Dutch Bros improves on their quality in this situation.

Good place, very busy!
The points expire on the app. The employees are not aware of this and the company sure has no problem letting them expire. Emailed corporate and they were quick to respond in letting me know to read the fine print. My fault for not having the app terms of service scrubbed by an attorney, lol. Still enjoy the coffee yet will extremely limit my visits knowing about the points.
I really like the duck collection and the service is great!
