Dutch Bros Coffee

Closed without notice. Usually great drinks and service, but I went by twice today and they were closed without any signs.

Got the Strawberry Lavender Green Tea and loved it very smooth and not to sweet

I love how consistent the coffee is no matter what I get I know I’m gonna enjoy it especially when I get a warm welcome from Riley

Love coffee but employees so rude. Look like she don’t want to work. No service smile at all. Who ever works at windows on 11/29/2022 at 4:15pm

Coffee is (usually) good, but the way they force teenage employees to desperately try and have a conversation with you at the window is super uncomfortable. They know they could be doing something useful to help the line go faster, but they aren’t allowed. The only interaction i’ve had with a supervisor was with Riley, and she was unhelpful, rushing, and kinda just rude. Not sure what’s going on with the management at this store. Very odd. These Oklahoma stores are not the Dutch Bros that many of us know and love

Got the golden eagle frozen drink and it was perfect for the “feels like” temps of about 110 today! The line was about medium length when we drove up, but we ordered and had our coffee very quickly and everyone was very friendly! Definitely would go back!

The absolute best chain cold brew coffee!! The staff there was the most friendly staff I have ever encountered and they have sweet cream!! Highly recommend!!! Their medium is like a large at other coffee shops. . Will definitely be back!!

If I could give them 0 stars for the HORRIBLE customer service I would! I have never seen anyone so slow at making a cup of coffee, If I got out and made it myself it would be faster. After 9 they get so slow and although they walk outside to check how many cars are remaining ( at 9:30-9:45) they wait until you reach the window which takes over half an hour for only 5-6 cars so that they tell you they have closed and to come at 5am....
Extremely disappointed, definitely never coming back. Don't suggest!

As a family we love Dutch Brothers in Norman. Everyone is amazing but Riley is the best.

Kind of disappointed after waiting long time to get in to try the place out. Been 2 times and I don’t get the process of ordering in two lanes and not taking a order 10-30 mins later with only one person do ALL these orders! When you pull up and there are 5+ employees inside? I don’t like ordering - it’s just not setup customer friendly. Makes it harder for one person outside taking All the orders and your trapped with people waiting around you. Last 2 times I went was not “high peak times” 7pm on a Sunday night and Friday at 1130am.
Last thing I ordered Carmel iced coffee with extra caramel. I got to the window no extra Carmel- matter of fact no Carmel I said I need sugar- they offered sugar packet she said. I said can’t you just put in the Carmel??? They could not add any thing sweet to my drink? Which I’m still clueless why - when it’s a Carmel drink? Anyways they made it again and with Carmel and it was great!
Until the drive through ordering gets better I won’t be back. Sorry
