Dutch Bros Coffee

I have been to Dutch bros from at least 4 other states and this is by far the worst one I’ve been to. It’s so slow, the workers are rude and never know what they’re doing and can’t even seem to make simple drinks or take your order right.

We ordered the hot chocolate; it tasted like water. Very bland and flavorless. Service took awhile and there wasn’t really a good reason.

Have loved Dutch Brothers ever since I had their coffee in Oregon back in the 90's! The hot Mocha is just as awsome as I remembered. So much better than Starbucks.

Best coffee place in Norman hands down. The staff is always so friendly and they try to be speedy, but with the high demand there's a wait usually that's the only reason I'm going with 4 stars!

The staff at this location are always so so friendly and always have something nice to say, no matter how busy a rush gets. Plus, the drinks are always amazing! Love the experience!

Waited 15 minutes to even be seen by employees being the only customer at the front window, then waited another 20 minutes while they made every drive thru order before mine was even thought of being made, and then employees tell me they had 2 pages of orders before I showed up as if that was my problem when cars keep pulling up and get their drinks made before mine, worst Dutch bros in the metro hands down

I had the "9-1-1" which is six shots of espresso and a ton of cream. For the next few hours it felt like time was moving in slow motion and I hit a squat PR in the gym. Five stars.

One person taking orders for two lanes and not paying attention to people showing up and cutting lines. Won’t be back. Left after being in line

Horrible experience. Went in since the two car lane was backed up and not moving. Waited to order for a few minutes. Few people looked at me and didn't acknowledge me. Asked if I could order and was told I'd have to wait since they are busy. Will not be coming back.
