Way better value than other breakfast places. .

Fast service with great coffee. The employees are exceptionally nice every time I go! Never had a complaint about a single thing from this store and I will continue going back. (Also the coffee is fairly cheap for having fancier drinks, which is a huge plus in my book)

Stopped before our trip. We had bagel sausage, egg cream cheese warm sandwiches for breakfast. Very good. One of us had turkey/ havarti cheese on bagel. Also very good. Frozen mint mocha latte. Yummy 😋. Vanilla latte with skim milk. The staff were friendly and proficient. This is a place we will stop at again.

They have the best customer service! I called in a short notice order this weekend and within 15 minutes, they had 4 jugs of coffee ready to be delivered to my car. Ally & Nick were a huge help to me and made my day. Will definitely be going back regularly.

Stopped in before a long drive for cold brew, which is delicious. The woman working was super friendly & efficient even though she was busy! I love smiling faces, and next time I am in the area, I'll stop in again.

I love all of their different coffee options and tea choices. Plus they offer a good selection of edible deliciousness too. Also the staff is always super friendly and personable.

Love Biggby.. My most used one is Defiance branch.. But I've had good service at any I've gone to 🥤

This morning I went in to get my mom and I a sandwich and coffee and the barista was very rude to me. I asked if one of the sandwiches was mine and she replied “well, if you ordered it, then yes. It’s yours.” In a very nasty attitude. She also got my order wrong on top of being nasty to me. I’m not pleased with the service here.

Rated three stars because this was my 1st time in a Biggby and the the menu is not the friendliest far as ordering. Was looking for just regular coffee on the menu. I finally saw the different types of coffee over in the corner. Just a little irritated but the the coffee was good.

Friendly staff! Extremely clean!
I was traveling for work and decided to stop for a coffee. This was my first time trying biggby coffee. The staff is friendly and suggested a few drinks. It was delicious!
