Biggby Coffee - Montgomery

The food, coffee, and service is always great. My only complaint is with corporate. Your products are expensive compared to other places . The company clearly makes a good amount of money . I personally think it’s tacky that this location has the employees ask for tips . I always tip when I come through even though My orders are always expensive compared to your competitors . My order was $17 for 2 small sandwiches and a drink. That’s crazy. Pay your employees more!

The people are great. They have Frappuccino for drinks, but I don't know what they are called. The current frozen peppermint mocha is fantastic. Don't forget to tell them to ADD the TIP(cc orders) for some reason their system isn't set up for it post sale or use cash. They have a walk up window in front.

I drove about 25 minutes to get to the Biggby on Montgomery Rd. I love there coffee, but also needed a gift card. When I arrived the drive thru was closed because a van had broke down in the drive thru. The girls inside saw me waiting around the building and came out to my car and took my order and delivered my gift card and drink. All while it was 25 degrees and snowing. This is above and beyond on service! Well worth the 25 minute drive!

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is their location. Its really squeezed and nooked in there. Other than that quick, efficient, and tasty little joint for a morning or lunch snack
