I ordered the two pancake and sausage as wait time wasn’t bad I found hair inside my pancakes I did not enjoy that that’s why I am leaving a 1 star

Breakfast review on a Saturday 10:30am in August. First the good- cool decor inside. Servers are nice but inattentive. Coffee - blegh, long wait for food. Then when it came they forgot our biscuts, butter, silverware for one of us at the table...then took a while to get acknowledged by another waitress b/c ours ignored our waving hands; small serving of hash browns, cornedbeef hash tasted like dog food, - fried eggs were fine. Unless you are really hungry, pass this place. Don't know why it gets 4.5 stars. Just your below avg diner.

Great place! Everything was excellent. The service and the food were excellent! We sat outside at a picnic table with our dogs. They are more than dog friendly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😎

I loved the "diner" feel of Mel's! The music and antiques inside are awesome! The food was soso, the staff could have worked on their customer service skills- they were not the friendliest!

Friendly service, 100%sanitation grade and the menu has a nice variety. The food was Outstanding.

Food was decent. Service was great! We have Mrs June as a server and she was excellent. Very helpful, fast, and attentive although she was the only server and the restaurant was steadily busy. She made sure we were well taken care of and was great! All in all a good trip to Mel's and will come back soon!

Friendly staff great food was fun to see the decor

We went as a family of 5. We ordered eggs over medium well. They were undercooked and watery. Toast is thick bread. It was very hard and crunchy even when buttered, as if it was already on the stale side. The waffle was just ok. The butter was so cold that it didn't melt. It was like your eating the semi warm waffle with a stick of butter. The sugar free syrup was also like water and no flavor. Another ordered was a ham and cheese omelet. The ham and cheese were not together. It was like the first half was ham and the other half was cheese. We were so excited to stop in while on vacation. We walked out so disappointed that there is no need to go back.
