I went with a huge group of people, so understand that as you read the rest of this review:

The facility is nice, clean, and modem.

The woman who served us was phenomenal, especially since she was brand new. The food took forever and half our party left before even ordering. Most of this was because they were grossly understaffed. But I can't fault them for that. They knew it and were in the process of hiring. But it wasn't a great experience. I'm sure if you were there with only 1-4 other people it would be an okay experience.

I've seen better.. Food was okay!

Poor service. Took them 20 min to take order and the restaurant was empty. Only saw 2 people on the floor. Waitress never refiled our drinks, messed is 2 orders.

The service we received this morning was TOP NOTCH! Our server was polite, respectful, very attentive, and the coffee never ran out. 5 gold stars in my book. Thank you for such great service Adriana!
Glad to see someone working that has a good work ethic for a change, the service here has always been pretty bad, hope they keep her on staff, we will come back.

The food is good here but the service could be improved.

Staff friendly enough but VERY unorganized. 1 hour to get served with less than 20 people. Had to wait an over extended amount of time to get seated with several empty tables.

This establishment is in need of some serious change. Management and staff are undertrained. There's obviously a staff shortage. The food quality is unpredictable and seldom appealing to the eye or palate. I wish I had one complimentary thing to say but I don't and that's a shame. We can only hope!

Great service, great food. This place delivers in more ways than one. We had a huge group and they were very accommodating to us. Our wait time was next to nothing and we didn't wait very long for our food at all. We will be back.

Better than usual. Waffle was moist. Steak done as requested. Even the burger was great according to my son. Prices were reasonable. Was going to try out the Green pancakes but chickened out. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

I wish I could give it negative stars! I should have read the reviews before going there! The majority of these reviews are very accurate! We saved ourselves by leaving before our food came out...... after waiting close to an hour. The manager, who was half naked working in the kitchen, attempted to retrieve our business by offering 50% off, but we had already seen too much....literally!
