I usually avoid online ordering...old school I guess. But my experience with Little Caesar's changed my mind. Their orders are done exactly when they say they will be and you just go in and pick up your order from the portal. Perfect.
So, I decided to put in an online order at Subway. First time, last time. Not only was the order not ready at the committed time, it took an additional 10 minutes. The person at the cash register apologized with the explanation that it got busy. Isn't that supposed to be a factor in the time estimate? To make matters worse, they didn't make my sandwich fully as ordered. I won't stop going to Subway, but I'll go in person so I can watch my sandwich being made the way I prefer.

Bad Service. The workers can't work under pressure the guy had a bad attitude throwing stuff around.

Called and called for a huge to go order. Never answered. Website was not working either. Bad business. Missed out on a $500 order and we always tip 20% even on to go orders. Go elsewhere.

I like the food here but the service is bad. The worker asked me what I want on my sandwich, then after I told them she asked me again. You could tell that she didn't want to be there. They don't give you napkins either, you have to ask for one. The place is usually clean.

I did hate that staff was banging tables, chairs and brooms and mops next to us as we were eating, one hour before closing.We got to inhale nasty cleaning solution with our food.

Asked for a footlong Tuna a they put 4 mini scoops of tuna when they spread it out on the bread it looked like butter on bread had to cancel that... and ordered a steak and cheese instead which was meh better

Was ok. Prices have gone up dramatically. They had a new person fix the subs, I think it was her first day, didnt know what ANY of the bread looked like and had to use several loafs because she cut the bread wrong. Didnt know any of the subs at all, what they were, what the ingredients looked like , or how to place the meat (or anything actually) on the sub. 2 other people had to help her with the subs. Eventually the subs got done, and tasted good.
