Glendive , MT The staff was rude. The lady making our sandwich was rude. She acted like she did not want to be there. She kept sighing at us. We went in with A buy one footling get one free coupon. The man taking the money very rudely said we don’t take those. I asked why he said we do not take them. I again asked why do you send them out and not take them. He said “They come from the corporate office. I have no idea why they send them out. WE DONT TAKE THEM. “ You are lucky my husband was hungry because I almost walked away and left the food. Rude and unpleasant the whole way around.

Always quick and easy. I usually use the app to order and my order is always right. Even when I go in and hold the line up to order 7 sandwiches, the workers are friendly. The owners work the line a lot or are cleaning. Very friendly, clean place to eat. Our family eats there a couple times a week.

Very rude and poor customer service. The owner themselves worked the line and had a bad attitude while making my food. The meal was slapped together in a poor manner and bad presentation. Along with that the other line worker decided to lean on the counter that the food sits on with her bare arm contaminating the counter. I was very disappointed and disgusted.

The mgmt replaced all the young adult workers with older staffing. Very impersonal. Was not impressed. For the possible extra minute saved, no customer service. I really wish these jobs could remain solid young adult jobs.

I love the food, but some of the employees lack customer service skills. It just so happened we got food Friday and Saturday. Friday had great crew, but Saturday wasn't so great. I really disliked hearing some sort of supervisor railing on an employee to do this and this and this, without a simple please and loud enough for every customer to hear. We all thought the chewed out person was the best worker on the line.

Dark Side

Food was not even edible my dog wouldn't even eat it. I asked for the simplest sandwich and they drenched it in salt and pepper. I'll never forget it

We order online and we only get toppings really because we use our own meat. Every single time they skimp on it and make it basically nothing. If we are ordering just toppings, it’s completely ridiculous to slack on this order. Three different times this happened, so I called and asked that this time they do it the way we order it and they did slightly better, but not much better. I was super polite about it! Easily the worst subway we have been too.

The good side of them is that the mobile order was ready on time and they get it to you quickly.
