Unlike some places that I've eaten at in the past, Subway consistently gets my order correct. I got a custom Italian sub in a very reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable amount of money.

Made an online order, paid for it, went to go get it and they said they couldn’t fulfill my order. No inclination on the online part that they couldn’t do my order, actually the opposite, it said my order was ready. Will never order online from them again. Terrible experience. However they do have good sandwiches so I will just order in store instead.

This was a rough experience. We came in to eat after being turned away at the subway in Wal-Mart. It was 6 p.m. on a Saturday. It was Rendezvous Balloon Rally weekend. As we came in the girl behind the counter saw us and walked I to the back, we waited long enough for the guy to take the trash out and come back before she came back into view with her phone. She then proceeded to roll her eyes in annoyance. We wanted to give her grace and we were hungry so we just went with it. I asked for itialian herbs and cheese bread. The girl says yeah I am out of that, so I wait to see what they do have and she just stares at me, so I say I guess white bread. She makes our sandwiches with enough attitude that it was very clear we were not welcome. The bread was stale. The guy that was working was at least polite. People that came in after us were treated with respect but I realize we have out of state plates on our car. We have a lot of family the live in town and we come quite often. We will not be going to subway for sure. I hope this was not the typical experience for other people. My wife did let them both know we will be spending our money else where. I got the sense that didn't matter but lucky for us there are many other places that will take our cash.

They've been out of different products every time I've been in lately. The staff appears to just be going through the motions and often vocally complaining about their jobs.

There was only one worker at lunchtime. Needless to say there was a long line and some people left instead of waiting. The restaurant was dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. The sign outside said it was under new management. I can't imagine how bad it used to be! I'd like to mention, however, that the young gentleman working alone was professional and unflustered. He tried his best for sure. We were there on March 1st at noon - I'm hoping he gets some special recognition for his efforts.

Always out of everything and they start shutting down an hour early so no point in ordering anything because there out. Or there card machines down most the time. Better off just going to McDonald's and getting a cold burger and fries.

This location provides reasonable service but keep in mind they often have only one or two employees working during the lunch rush which means the line can get rather long. If you can visit off-peak you'll have a much better experience. The food quality seems good and staff is friendly but busy.

Their meatballs are very old. Hard and stale. They would rather argue with you rather than simply replace your food or give you a refund. And they never answer their phone. Even the other subway says has they have trouble dealing with this location.
