The food was amazing. It was like eating at a Cafe in a popular hangout. The breakfast selections were the best I have had in a long time. We had their breakfast blend and it was excellent. We look forward to enjoying this place over and over again.

If you want something upscale and unique. This could very well be the best restaurant in town. If you are an early bird like me. It is cool the coffee bar opens way earlier than the restaurant.

To all the chefs at this restaurant I want to say thank you for the flavor adventure today. The appetizer was out of this world smoked salmon bruschetta, beet hummus, and Greek nacho. I really couldn’t just pick one. I am glad everything was so different and beautiful.

Wow the fresh Battered Shrimp & Fries was so juicy. Chicken Diane is a house favorite and I know why it was fantastic. The 14oz. ribeye meat quality and seasoning with the butter on top was delicious. The steak was paired with rosemary fries. All I can say is look at my photos. I loved every bite, and I can’t wait for my next trip.

For dessert I tried the moist Carrot cupcake and pink lemonade. Again, I really enjoyed my time here.

I was just getting back to the civilized world after several days of backpacking in the mountains and was looking for a coffee shop to get me primed for the long drive ahead. After a quick Google search I decided on Brown Sugar Coffee Roastery. I ordered a coffee of Colombian origin with a shot of heavy whipping cream… nothing fancy. The coffee tasted great. The service was friendly and helpful. The business itself was very neat and clean. I was pleased with my find and would definitely stop again at Brown Sugar Coffee Roastery.

It was clear from his attitude we were too much work for this waiter. I guess asking for a coffee and tea to go after we spent upwards of $100 was just too much to ask.
The place was cute but if you're looking for a friendly face, not the place I'd recommend.

Awesome little coffee shop and eatery. Very clean, great ambiance, and friendly atmosphere.

Amanda and staff do an outstanding job with providing great service, food presentation and the taste of the food is wonderful. I highly recommend the bagel and lox. It’s fresh and delicious. If you have not visited, you’re totally missing out on a great place.

I have eaten here a total of 5 separate times and I have come to this conclusion.
Today I was served the Belgian Waffle with a ‘specialty’ mocha. The Belgian waffle had the same texture and taste as one of the store bought snack waffles you find in the desert section of Walmart. All they did here was put two of them on my plate along with fruit and whip cream. To say the $8.00 price was absurd would be an understatement as I can estimate the meal takes around $3.00 to make. If you want waffles in Riverton you should go to the trailhead where they give you handmade waffles for the same price.
The only redeeming quality of the Brown Sugar Coffee Roastery is not even their coffee but their teas. I have had two of them and despite their slight overpriced nature they are still palatable.
As well I have tried their scones which are also of the same texture as something bought in a low quality store. To assume all of the baked goods are store bought could definitely be correct.

Came here briefly to eat with my father. The staff were exceptional in both attitude and service. My order was gotten correctly which is not always the case at other eateries. The staff were also highly attentive to the needs of my father and I and they made the entire experience absolutely lovely.

Drinks are always super tasty. But the food leaves everything to be desired; lacks creativity and flavor. The rosemary potatoes were old, wrinkled and wilted. The green chili was rancid and tasted like rotten vinegar. We will not be having brunch here again because spending over $100 for brunch for 4 people that isn't good food is just ridiculous.

Went in around 11. Coffee was smooth and quite good. Breakfast food seemed to be geared more towards grab and go. They were out of sausage crumbles and also couldn't sub sausage patties which meant some of their star menu items were off the table. They also said lunch items weren't available, so we ordered the breakfast sandwich and waffles with a side of eggs and potatoes (waffles came with nothing else). Sandwich was quite small with a thin piece of meat and average flavor. Waffles were hard, small, and didnt seem fresh made. Potatoes were limp, herby, and lacked flavor. We'd return for the coffee but not the breakfast food.
