The guy at the counter his name is JP was extremely rude he tossed the money on the counter wouldn't hand it 2 us and threw our few on the counter as well instead of sitting it down nicely he tossed it like It didn't matter also kept giving us dirty looks as well! Very rude not a pleasant experience at all and will absolutely not ever go back to this subway in Glendive Mt

First drive thru I've seen, desired a little better sandwiches tho

I recently went to order a sandwich and they missed half of what I said. When I went to the counter to pay I told the cashier what sandwich I wanted and that I wanted a large drink. The cashier rang up my order and asked if I wanted anything else, I again said I wanted a large soda and presumed she rang it up and she didn't. Then she got mad at me for grabbing a large cup I thought I ordered and said she didn't charge me for it. This after I told her twice I wanted a large drink. I will be calling customer services and complaining about this as I had said it twice and neither time did she acknowledge that I wanted a large drink and then got rude when I went to grab a cup. Very disappointed in subway restaurant yet again.

Maybe just skip this one if you care about yourself at all…. People aren’t that friendly you feel like you’re an inconvenience and the food is gross let’s be real like figure it out guys

Worst experience ever at a subway. Was cut off from ordering the sandwich the way I wanted it. Immediately threw sandwich in the garbage and will never be returning.

When a person asks for a topping, then requests more of that topping you do not simply close the sandwich and wrap it up. And then realize you didn’t even ask about dressing.

Honestly if this wasn’t the only “fast food” in town this subway would be closed long ago. My experience there was nothing short of completely embarrassing. Worst part is management/ownership seems to be who made the sandwich.

Sandwiches had dry bread, greasy meat, and was overall quite bland. Employees were rude and the establishment was dirty. Further proves why Jimmy John's is WAY better.

One would think that entering an order oneself on a touchscreen would result in the staff getting the order right, but one would think wrong. On another occasion, I ordered a sandwich with salt and pepper, and the resulting "meal" was covered with enough salt to kill a man.

I have also had a couple of good meals here, but it is hit and miss. I am also fairly confident that provolone cheese should not be brown. I used to place some large orders here, but the resulting attitude from the staff quickly discouraged that shortly after I moved to town...

Update: Brown provolone, surprisingly enough, makes me sick. Thank you for the lovely evening.

It's ok.

They were very busy but we still didn't have to wait very long to get our order!

That was one really good sandwich! Everything is clean, open till 9, employees were really nice to each other. Went in at 8pm and food was still good quality
