IHOP

I use to work at IHOP for almost 16 years. I have been everything from a server to a General Manager multi unit operator. It seems to me that you are not following SOP. I ordered a T-Bone breakfast and there were no sear marks from the grill and it was chewy like it had been cooked in the microwave. I originally ordered the steak tips but you guys were already out of on a Sunday morning at 6:00 a.m. which means you guys are out of supplies all day seems to me that there's an ordering issue as well. However the staff was friendly and polite they tried their best with the short staff that they had management really needs to step it up thanks

We were advised our food would take a while to come out and they explained they had "3 people cooking but still taking forever." They weren't too packed and you could see everybody was upset that people that came after were getting their food first. I tried ordering pancakes and chicken and our waitress said they had run out of chicken. While waiting for our order a family comes in after us and orders chicken strips and doesnt get told they ran out and get their chicken strips. Pretty upset since that was what I was craving for my bday. Not sure if they were really out and magically got more when the other family walked in or what.

Worst food ever. Food was cold, even after they "reheated it" and had no taste.

Good service! I went right at opening on a cold Saturday morning. The inside temperature of the building was nice and toasty which was very welcomed that morning. I ordered the steak tips and eggs and was very pleased with how the meat was cooked - tender and delicious. Will go back on my next morning off of work!

Food was very good! Waitress professional & friendly. Only complaint was very slow getting all dine-in customers their food. Atmosphere welcoming.

Left us sitting while attending other people who just walked in. Finally sat us down and they took forever to bring us our drinks then they left didn't come back to refill my coffee even after i asked her for some after an hour or so I walked out cause the food wasn't even ready. Would not recommend it at all

Is anyone knows if Ihop Artesia is closed for good???

The food took a long time. It was not crowded.
