IHOP

Rude af, service was barely acceptable, we were one of three tables in there, waiters are not properly trained, the manager, also cook in the kitchen, had tejano music playing loudly and when we asked them to turn it down, they did till the next song and then turned the volume back up, RUDE RUDE !! The glasses to drink from were sticky, the bathrooms were dirty and we wont stop there again, very disappointed 👎

I am not a huge IHOP fan. This one in Artesia is an exception! We came here 3 times in the last week. Our food was perfectly cooked all three times. Have you ever had a cheeseburger omelet? Amazing. The building looks new and was clean inside. The staff was Amazing all 3 times we were there. They were very helpful, kind, and checked in on us frequently, but not too frequently. The manager there also checked in on us each time we were there to make sure we had a good experience. He is also awesome. I will be making this place my go to breakfast headquarters.

If I had one complaint, it would be that the menus need to be wiped down every day. I don't know how people get food on a menu when the waitress/waiter takes it away before your food comes, but those things are nasty sometimes. I think every restaurant needs to implement this practice.

An hour wait for food when there's only three tables sat in the whole restaurant on a Thursday night. Servers begin catering to other customers and ignore us completely. Then, after we leave without receiving our food, they give our order to another table for free.

The food was good and the service was great

My first time in a restaurant since February! Great service and clean facility. The staff made our meal special by stopping by and making sure we were enjoying everything. I recommend!

Service took an extremely long time even though the restaurant was mostly empty. When the food arrived, portions of the meal were missing and we were informed that the restaurant was out of stock. Trying to check out also took much longer than expected. What was meant to be a quick trip turned into an hour and a half.

Super friendly. Great customer service. Management went out of their way to greet us and get feedback. Highly recommend this location.

The last two times I have been in my experience has not been good. The first time one poor waitress doing all the work while the cook talked rudely back to her when she was trying to correct my order which had been messed up. Everone else seemed to just tolerate it. Today ordered a fairly common breakfast item,which I assume is new on the menu. I heard the cook and staff discussing how to make it and it was brought half made because the restuarant didn't have the ingredients. Food and customer service need improvement.

Food was way way over cooked. Me and someone i was with ordered the same plates and got different meals. The coffee i ordered was wrong and the waitress instead of fixing it argued with me. It was really a dreadful experience. I gave 3 stars only because previous experiences were not the same. Not great but not dreadful.

Overall pleasant experience. The waitress was nice and the food hit the spot. Wasn't a long wait at all
