IHOP

I had never been to this IHOP before and the service was bad. Nobody was in the restaurant, 10:30 am. I waited for 15 minutes for my food. There were dirty tables and a bunch of flies. The workers were just talking in the back loud music and cursing. Too late to just leave, there are hardly any restaurants in artesia. Shafter an hour they started picking up the dirty tables. Never going back!

It took up to 30 minutes to get our order my bacon came after my finish my pancakes had order 3 stacks ended up with a 2 stack then brought me the 3 stack and I think pancakes were free that day and charged me for both stacks 😣

Our bbq burgers didn't have much bbq sauce, our brunch burger didn't have egg and they forgot our salad for the country fried steak. It still tasted good, just disappointed. Next time we visited we had to wait an hour and a half for food. We had a large party and called ahead but they still made us wait on other people. They offered for us to set at different booths instead.

This place is under new management and has changed for the better. The staff were all in good spirits and very attentive. The food came out delicious and quickly. Even the coffee has improved.

I have been here twice. First time was quick and attentive. This time has sucked. I heard a waitress telling a customer that the cook was overwhelemed this morning and that he should accept the eggs he recieved although they were not what he ordered. Been waiting over 30 minutes for my food. I hear them in the kitchen discussing the issues!! Not sure i will be back.

Our waitress was very polite and attended us as much as needed. Our food was fresh and hot. The only thing I hated was the wait, but it's understandable with the covid thing.

There were only 2 waitresses working. We had to ask for coffee, creamer, more coffee, butter just to wait for a while to get. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food. And yes I still left a tip. Just very disappointed.

As usual breakfast was awesome. I had the who-beast omelet and there was enough roast beef in it to feed a small lion pride! The meal was plated deliciously. I almost didn't want to eat it it was so beautiful. But if course Mt taste buds win out. Others in our party we're thrilled with their meals as well since plates we're scraped clean and we all we're looking forward to full belly naps.

Been here from out of town several times and they have ran out of food every time. This time was eggs!!! Service was not trained well, but tried. Restaurant only had a few people and food took forever. Tea was water and sugar. No taste. A table of 5 waited 30 minutes to be seated with nobody there. They finally left after no service. This place needs to be managed!!

Love IHOP. Except this one. Waitress was good but the food was eatable at best. Second time I have been there. Unhappy first time, went back after few months and not any better.
