The Log Cabin Cafe

Happened upon this charming spot during a Yellowstone drive. Everything was perfect. The fresh was out of this world. Highly recommended.

We first ate their fresh trout in 2008. The best! We've traveled on the beartooth pass 3 times since then and each time HAD to get more trout. NEVER ONCE DISAPPOINTED. Simply fresh and delicious.

A fun little place to stop as we exited Yellowstone from the NE. The staff was friendly and the menu, although small, was quite diverse. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Absolutely fantastic food from the trout dinner to dessert. Staff is overwhelmed at the moment because of Covid but are warm and welcoming. Definitely will be back as soon as we can!

Oh my goodness the breakfast here was hearty and delicious. Coffee flowed and was refilled often. Such a good meal to fuel a day at Yellowstone.

Great breakfast yesterday. Unfortunately, I think they are under water due to flooding today. Thinking of the staff and wishing them well.

Wonderful little place. Good coffee and good food and good people..And we got their pumpkin bread, to go, to die for.. Definitely a great place to stop after some wolf watching at the Lamar valley..

We stopped in for a piece of Pumpkin bread and a cup of coffee and fell in love. They warm the bread and throw a dash of powder sugar on top. Hot black coffee giving me the little perk we needed!

Coleslaw should not be mustard and cabbage. Scone was a cinnamon apple sheet pan cookie. Homemade cooking can only be pushed so far...

Awesome food but very pricey. Waitress was wonderful and friendly. Will stop again but may stick with just a drink order.😊
