Barnes & Noble

The employees here are always so helpful. Even on a busy night just before Christmas there were plenty of staff to help me find the books I was looking for. They've added nifty, fun, little note cards under certain books or sections, with a word or a few about the book or section. A bit of a line at checkout was expected and it actually moved rather quickly.

Barnes & Noble is a store where you can find every type of book, magazines, games and even for kids. Its always fun to go inside and see what they have. There's even a small restaurant if you get the munchies. Every time l go in, l always find some item to buy. Barnes & Noble is the place to shop at whether its for yourself or a gift for someone.

A nice store with a lot of selection. There are always some sale shelves and tables with a wide variety of books and they are organized nicely to make it easier to search for the subject you are interested in. There seems to be more and more toys, games and puzzle than there used to be. They have taken out almost all the seating so it is not nearly as inviting as it used to be. I used to like to buy something at the coffee shop and sit down and relax with the beverage and a book, but now that is not available. The prices are high but if you buy online they are cheaper.

The basic layout of this store is different from any other B & N I've been in. Took some wondering to find what I wanted. Lots of employees, no one asked if I needed assistance. Person at checkout was very fast and kind.

We especially enjoyed the kids area on our visit to Barnes & Noble. Tons of selection throughout the store as our family is trying to utilize less screen time, there's something for everyone & it's well organized!

This place is beautiful, as all of their stores I have been. I love the books, the environment, the educators discount, but specifically I love when authors come to the library to sign books and talk. Recently I met a wonderful children's books illustrator and author Jan Brett in Barnes and Noble, thank you so much for that experience. Please B&N do more events like that one and support also local artists.

Love buying books but for some reason I always have trouble locating the ones I'm looking for. The staff was very helpful and kind with my multiple questions about where a book was located. Despite the long lines for check-out (that time of year), staff was pleasant and friendly! Everyone was efficient and knowledgeable!

Big, spacious store. I hope they are able to stay open so visitors can have something else to do while in Rochester.

Great place to find anime action figures, boardgames, ect. Manga selection is really great if your looking for copies
