I have always enjoy shopping at Barnes and noble although after today
disappointed. After waiting in a check out line for ten to fifteen minutes because of only one person at a register, the line growing to nine people. All of this expected at Christmas shopping, except there were employee in deep conversation standing in a isle.Other employees on the floor in deep tasking.

Always love Barnes n Noble. Greatest food - healthy and naughty, great selection of books and can find them online if not in store, AWA great atmosphere and service! 💘

Nice Barnes and Noble. Pretty busy but as expected for the location. The staff was helpful and was willing to answer questions

I was sitting on the floor looking at books on the lowest shelf. A rude employee came up to me and told me to move to the cafe to read without asking how he could help me out or even ask what I was doing (I was browsing multiple titles on the bottom shelf). It made me more frustrated because I am on crutches and can't move around easily. I am capable of watching for people in my way or people on scooters. I am choosing to spend my money elsewhere. I was hoping to buy a few books before my surgery. Very disappointed.

Great selection and location, but SO noisy and impersonal. It reminds me a bit of shopping in Walmart, especially at night when kids are yelling/screaming, and teenagers are yelling entire conversations at each other through the aisles.

Honestly I miss the Barnes & Noble that used to be downtown; it was a super inconvenient location for me, but at least I could hear myself think enough to enjoy my time there and to select a good book. It was like a magical castle reading destination, full of people who were actually there to find a good book, and this one is not.

In a time where print is appearing to lose space to digital media, Barnes and Noble continues to be a haven for book lovers. Their ever-evolving selection based on social trends means there is always something to pick up. An added bonus is their impressive vinyl record selection.

Your generic Barnes and Noble, however its stuck inside a mall, which means its smaller then some of the other barnes and noble I've been to. The staff are very friendly however, often looking to help with out even being asked, while never being annoying or intrusive. Just wish the selection was a bit larger.

Amazing store with a big range and diversity of books

Very nice amount of books, very helpful workers. Bathrooms could have gotten some attention. (Not sure if BN taken care of those or the coffee cafe)

I went looking for a book for my grandson on architecture. He's 14 years old and very good at drawing everything. He has autism and I want to get a book on how to draw homes and businesses. They have books on architecture but on how to draw the building's.
