Great location, friendly staff, and soooooooooooooooooooooo many fantastic books. Was looking for a certain book and chatted with the staff members a little while ago. They had my book and a ton of great suggestions on what I could read next. I swear everytime i go there i find something new and exciting ranging from books to records. They have it all. I will definitely be back and look forward to finding the next book via their suggestions. Would 100% recommend this store. Also the staff are extremely knowledgable and were more than willing to answer any question I threw their way.

Flat out love B & N stores! Good selections of a variety of books, related items, gifts, and always a courteous staff.

I am happy to see that after so many years without, they now have a actual horror section instead of just mystery/thriller. Though it is still pretty small. Hopefully they will keep adding to it. More indie authors would be awesome!

Helpful folks at the booth. Check out lines were short. Unusual. Too many books to enjoy, but always find another topic to be interested in.

Everything that could be mentioned is of the highest quality. We always find more items than we went there to get.
We only have one complaint about the business; the doors to enter and exit the building are massive and heavy.
Having no handicapped doorways are quite difficult getting in and out.
Great Thanks to the individuals that hold the doors for us. YOU ROCK!

You have an associate at the mall in Rochester that was most helpful & enjoyable to find what I was looking for. . His name is Reese & should be commended for his diligence and friendliness. The store is such a great place to visit. Thank you so much. People like him make it a most enjoyable to visit.

Love this restaurant! They are always polite, the food is always fresh and delicious! I could not be happier. They always give you a good quantity of food for your money!

I could get lost in this store. The smell of coffee and books is just heavenly. If I were a millionaire I would buy every book!
