Returned duplicate books without my receipt but had my BN membership card and credit card. Your employee was very efficient and found the info on the register. The amount refunded was added to a gift card for my grandaughter to buy more books. She spent that money that day. She loves books. This was a store in MN and my original purchase was in Michigan. Great system you have and great employees.

Nice store but wish that just once in the last three visits this month that a cashier could have smiled when rung me up. I gave up a long time ago expecting staff to ask if finding everything or needed help like they did the first few years they opened at this location and always did when located downtown.

We love BN and their book/calendar's/music etc! But barring that they have a Starbucks NOT a Caribou inside. Starbucks is very very very bitter and a can't their taste. The only saving grace in the smell. That's it

Love this store. Personnel are pleasant and helpful. All of those books offer infinite possibility and a relaxing vibe! Cannot visit often enough :)

It's a Barnes and Noble, so you have an idea of what to expect. But there's also a toy-store vibe here. Overall the prices are reasonable and the selection is good, and I appreciate that there's still a bookstore in town. But to be honest, I would prefer a local, non-chain bookstore.

My kids love visiting the store

Barnes and Noble is so amazing. I may be biased but I love it here. The staff are knowledgeable and bookstores are just amazing. I've always thought new books were overpriced, but that is at no fault of Barnes and Noble. Best store in the mall.

Great selection of books, vinyl, and other reading and writing related items. Be on the hunt for sales, clearance items, and pick up their customer loyalty card if you plan to buy here.

Really nice for a BN, but it's pricey. Even if you're a member you can do way better elsewhere online. I wouldn't mind paying a premium at an Independent Bookstore but full list price at a corporate store doesn't do it for me.

Lotsa books, well-organized & arranged stacks, but...when I asked if a certain book was in their system, the cashier/info desk gal didn't locate the book I wanted. Okay, not a problem, I thought: "I'll buy it online directly from the publisher," but then I wandered over to the journals....and lo & behold (!!) there was the book I wanted! I showed it to the gal who'd helped me earlier, and she mentioned their system isn't arranged alphabetically, "it's a journal, not a book" she said. Hello? It has a cover, pages, writing on the pages, it's bound, a book mark even--what more does it need to qualify as a book?
