Great magazine selection! As an innovation consultant, sometimes I need to leverage cross industry trends and there’s no easier way and to buy a bunch of periodicals and bring them to them meeting. Thank you B&N for still stacking tons of them.

Complete store with a café . Helpful staff. Hopefully they don’t shut it down like other Barnes n nobles cause it’s basically the only thing that’s worth it in this mall

Very generous selection.

Customer service can need some shake up. The cashier who helped me was extremely rude, and never offered me the same treatment as she did with the Customer in front or before me. Basically she acted like she did not want to help me. Very toolish behavior. I sincerely hope management takes note of this or even better, corporate.

There manga selection has basically quadrupled in the last few years! I like that they finally made a separate section for light novels too, as it was always a pain before trying to find light novels mixed in with the manga.
The staff is great. Always friendly and helpful at finding books.

I always find interesting books and the kids love, love, love their stuffed animals!! They are soft, cuddlable and so cute!!

Great bookstore. Lots of room to browse their wide aisles.
