Multiple times I've been emailed coupons from B/N that I didn't ask for or expect... But when I tried to use them, they got rejected. Not for expiration date... not for violating fine print. It felt like cashiers were just making unclear excuses to reject accepting the coupons. So I won't go back. Sad, i used to be a member and liked the place. I cancelled my membership

I cannot express enough on how much I love this store!

There are so many choice options from collectibles to books that I never leave empty handed. Customer service therr has always been excellent and on point! Whenever I have questions about a specific product they jump right in and not only search in the computer to see if it's in stock but take the time to help me look!

The employees there could do with a bit of positive moral. They seemed a little downtrodden and the old man at the customer service desk was a complete and utter grouch. Perhaps I am being overly sensitive.
However there was a young gentleman there that was very helpful and I do appreciate him with his wonderful attitude.

As far as selection of books and items, Barnes and Nobles does not disappoint. I did like the variety and there were plenty of items to shop for gifts from. The journals could do with being a little bit cheaper though.

I love Barnes & Noble and have had a membership of my own since I turned 18. I have encouraged my son to read over the years, and several of the employees at various locations have assisted him in finding age and content appropriate books that spark his imagination. Now I have a little girl I am ready to get reading and excite her imagination in the same way. I'm excited to make the journey again with such wonderful people assisting me.

Great selection, standard book prices. Amazon really undercuts their prices, but I'd rather support a physical bookstore. Finding the book you want can sometimes be a chore (you really need to know what it's very-specific classification is), but the employees here are always willing to help. There's a large children's section and some really unique toys (kind of like a museum gift shop or specialty toy store).

Wonderful book store! Miles of books! Helpful employees! Must go. Lots of crafts for adults & kids. Great for gifting!

Bookstore chain. Has most of your new releases, might not have older books.

Love the store. I don’t ever buy books but always the Thames and Kosmos building kits, science kits, erector sets, legos, brain builders, puzzles, snap circuits, etc. best place for quality children’s toys! I even sometimes grab a Starbucks and roll or bagel. Love it!

I love coming here. The staff is always so helpful and they have a ton of wonderful books for littles!
