As always, a great experience. I look at bookstores like they're libraries, but you pay your late fees upfront. And what a wonderful selection they have. The staff are always courteous and helpful.

The variety of things at this store is great! For people who want to build, there are legos and model kits. For people who want to play, there is board games galore. For the odd toy they have aisles full! Not to mention the main attraction the books this place is for! And if you are feeling peckish, there is a Starbucks to quench your thirst or hunger. Overall, this place is an amazing store to be in. It has a builder's starter, a gamers dream, a collector's wish, a readers household and lastly, just a place to relax. Barns and noble is a great place to be. I cant recommend it enough.

Some of the employees have been rude or mean. Typically in customer service areas. If you say you're looking for a recommendation, they will be very annoyed. Do they even like books?? That was not too recently though, it was last summer (2018). Most employees I've seen the past few times have been kind, mostly at the checkout. Some sections seem like they're never organized (art for example) but they have good selection. They seem more stocked than some other ones. I still miss the old one that used to be a movie theater

I enjoy Barnes & Noble but it was hard to find someone that could help me. Once I found someone to direct me to the books I wanted I found a very small collection of photography books. I hope other Barnes and nobles have more books than this place did.

Let me first say that my review is 5 STARS for B&N. Always love being able to find books and always help available when I need it.

As for the Starbucks inside and specifically the gentleman working on 4/16 around 4:00pm. He was extremely rude and it appeared he was not happy serving us while we asked questions about product line (I haven’t visited Starbucks in a while). When I pulled out my app to use my Starbucks card he became extremely vocal about it rather than just explaining why they are not allowed at your location.

Solely based upon his attitude we cancelled our $17+ order and walked away. And while I will still frequent this location for a source of reading material, but I will not visit Starbucks.

Until the last 6 weeks or so this had always been the location we would come to. Then our order, using the same language as we had been, started getting messed up. Decaf coffee all the sudden meant no coffee in a frappuccino. So today we try to spend a little time saying we want to tall caramel frappuccino with coffee but decaf. Then, yesterday, there was some kind of question about what kind of decaf?? We know there's a new crew about everyday and wish them well and thank them for what they do. It is difficult to become a regular when they staff changes all the time.

Went to get a particular business book and was blown away by the number and variety they had. It wasn't just that they had a lot of stock but that they had the key books in the genre and then some additional ones on common topics that you would only know to stock if you had a familiarity with the topic. They also had an incredible sales selection and a wide variety of journals. Didn't interact much with staff but didn't need to as everything was easy to find.

Went to Barnes and Noble to get a book I have wanted for months. We looked all over for it before we asked where it was and the young man looked until he found it. The employees are so kind and helpful, it always makes me want to go back to the store!
